This studio has recently been fully remodeled. This condo is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. This is one of the best neighborhoods you can stay at in Kona. It's one of the few places with a white sandy beach (seasonal) within walking distance.

A great place for snorkeling is a little more than 1 mile away at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Also just 2 miles away you can find Keauhou Shopping Center with its grocery/drug stores and restaurants.
Kona Magic Sands is conveniently located on Alii Drive and it has the Kona Trolley stop right in front of it. This trolley will take you virtually anywhere in town.
Across the street you will be able to rent a Blue City Bike as well.
The best way to get around the island is by renting a car.
