  • Kona Bay Estates is een omheinde en bewaakte oceaangemeenschap. Onze luxe 2700 vierkante voet huis biedt een uitzicht op de oceaan, prive zwembad en openslaande ramen van vloer tot plafond voor binnen buiten leven. Geniet 365 dagen per jaar van een koele zeebries, de sprankelende blauwe Stille Oceaan en zonsondergangen.
    Onze perfecte locatie biedt een korte wandeling naar restaurants, bars, markten en winkels. Airport Beach, een heerlijke plek om te wandelen, en de Keiki-vijver, een groot getijdenzwembad met kalm water en een zandstrand perfect voor jonge kinderen, liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand. U kunt ook lopen naar tennisbanen, een speeltuin voor kinderen, gratis laan zwemmen in een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, augurkbalvelden en basketbal hoepels.
    Sluit je dag af in ons open lucht Crows Nest op het derde niveau terwijl je een spelletje pool speelt terwijl je naar de zonsondergang kijkt. Gegarandeerd een van de beste uitzichten op het eiland
    Twee oceaan front meesters hebben kingsize bedden. Een derde slaapkamer met uitzicht op de bergen heeft een queensize bed. Alle slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv en een volledig bijgevoegde badkamer. AC wordt alleen in de slaapkamers aangeboden. Er is ruimte om een queen-size aerobed op te zetten indien nodig.

Stunning Beachfront Home

Incredible home in a private guarded neighborhood close to dining and shopping! We had an amazing time and was the best vacation we have had as a family due to this incredible home. Everyone had a great time and opening the home and enjoying the views and cool ocean air was the best!

It’s a wonderful home on the shore just north of downtown Kona. The location is ideal to go explore the big island. I highly recommend the home and the hosts were awesome.

Beautiful location and home

This property was amazing. We can't imaging a better view and enjoyed all of the amenities. After needing to re-locate our vacation due to the Lahaina fires, it was nice to just stay at the property and relax.

Fantastic Kona Home

We had a great stay at this home. Perfect location that's right on the water, but also within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Our 4yo daughter loved the keiki beach that's just a short walk south along the community rock wall. House was clean and exceptionally well-stocked. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Incredible Location

Our family enjoyed 6 wonderful nights in June. The house is beautiful and the views are magnificent. The location is perfect for walking to town or to the beach. Our daughters really loved the tidal pools in the backyard. We would highly recommend this house and hope to return. Thank you!

Beautiful house with a Fabulous view.

Wow! What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful house. Didn't want to leave. This house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the crows nest and pool. The kitchen was spacious so everyone help with cooking and the clean up.

Incredible Sunset!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Kona Sunset House. Right on the water with incredible wave viewing and an amazing sunset. Super close to old Kona, shopping and restaurants. Third floor open area with pool table was a hit with the kids. Pool was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more with the house amenities. We did a bunch of scuba diving at the harbor which was about ten minutes away. The night Manta Ray dive / snorkel is a must do. One of my best dives ever. Thanks so much for the fantastic memories!

This home is amazing, great location, great views of the ocean, pool

Just a great place in a great spot. Great pool / deck / grand room. Great views from all over and amazing from the pool table / wet-bar 3rd floor. Obviously been a STR for a while a lot of the notes and equipment (surround sound equipment) is very dated everything still works but just be aware its not a new home. I few minor tweaks / updates and this home would seem like new. Don't be put off by these minor things this house is amazing just be aware of them. Main areas don't have AC but bedrooms do and it works great. Garage has many things you will need as well as kitchen very well stocked so skip the seasonings trip to the store!

A stay to remember!

We were thoroughly impressed with the home, the property, the views, the cleanliness, decor details, etc. The home is beautiful and you can tell a lot of care went into making it this way! The beach on the property was heavenly for the kids and gorgeous to enjoy for adults too. Pool was a nice treat. Crows nest and sunsets... oh goodness, incredible! The coast views and the sound of the waves was amazing. The owner was very responsive and helpful! We appreciated the beach equipment in the garage. The kitchen had everything you could ask for plus some! Beds are very comfy and AC in the rooms is really nice. Our group was 5 adults and 3 kids (11, 7). Everyone had plenty of room and entertainment. This stay will be a lifetime memory for sure! Mahalo!

Pictures cannot describe how beautiful this place is! You never want to leave. There are at least 5 spots that compete for becoming your favorite one: overlooking the whole area in the crow's nest, sitting on chairs in the ankle deep section of the pool, sitting at the bar outside overlooking the pool area and ocean, reading on the cushioned lawn chairs on the patio in the shade, sitting on the sofas with the pocket doors wide open, etc. In short: the perfect vacation home. Very nicely decorated with art. You feel at home immediately.The three bedrooms each have their own, very quiet, split air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own, spacious bathroom.It's located in a very safe area. All attractions of the island can be reached conveniently and it's only a short run to Target, Costco, restaurants, and the town.The beautiful, sandy beach, Hapuna Beach, is less than half hour away. There is also a little beach in walking distance where you can get into the ocean.It's about a 2 hour drive to the volcano.Swimming with manta rays is close by.

Wonderful Spot

We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one stands out. The open-air living room is amazing, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the stunning natural surroundings. It allows the breeze to pass though and is a perfect view for sunset.The view from the crows nest is second to none. Arguably the best sunset viewing of the entire neighborhood.The location is another huge plus. Being near the end of a gated community means peace and quiet with very few passing cars. It also puts you in the perfect spot to explore. We loved that we were just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the kid-friendly Queen's Bath beach or to Old Airport Beach (Kailua). This is a truly special place, and we can't wait to come back!

Panoramic views

Our family of four adults had a wonderful stay in this lovely, well stocked, well equipped oceanfront home. Outstanding panoramic views from crows nest, our favorite hangout spot, and the master! There’s a seaside trail connecting this home the Old Airport Beach (sunset views, rocky coast, public facilities) with Big Island Yoga classes and garden fitness trail. The other direction leads to a small protected beach to take a dip or view small tropical fish (no mask needed). Although not busy, be aware people walk on the rock wall a foot from the pool fence and that puts you at eye level with passers by on the first floor living room. We didn’t mind and felt very safe as the area has security cameras and is patrolled. We did have some little maintenance issues (the clothing line fell and a towel holder came apart during our stay), but they were fixed the next day. We’d definitely consider returning to this home for our next Big Island visit.

Amazing vacation

My family was Awestruck as soon as we walked into the vrbo home to see the beautiful Kona oceanfront coast! We had a truly special time with family sharing lots of good food, laughter and talked story. The home was clean, so nice and had all we needed. Many mahalos for allowing us the privilege to stay in your home and experience incredibly special heartwarming memories!
