Gina’s condo was a wonderful experience for our family. She thought of everything. It was comfortable with a beautiful bay view and plenty of nearby activities like pools and tennis courts. The location is convenient, close to a KTA supermarket and just a short drive south - a number of excellent locally owned restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

I have nothing bad to say about the condo, it was very nice, super clean and has excellent views, I would stay here again. Parking was right by the front door, the pool was less than a minute walk away and was never crowded. The property was very clean and quiet and was very nice to take walks around, sunsets by the ocean pool are amazing!! The problem I did have was with the host, Gina. 4 days before check-in she sent me a message on how to get a parking permit for my car, and if I had any questions to contact her. I reached out to her 3 times asking for check-in instructions and how to get into the unit, she never got back to me. It ended up working itself out, the office where I got the parking permit also checked us in. Why couldn't Gina just tell me that in the first place?! I suggest if you have any questions contact the property office directly.

We enjoyed this lovely, clean & well appointed condo! It had everything we needed for a fun week on the Big Island. There is a spectacular view from the lanai. It is only 5 min drive to a beach park with excellent snorkeling & surf lessons. We hope to return some day!

We've been to the Big Island several times. We've even stayed at this wonderful resort before. I have to say this was one of the nicest condo's we've stayed at. The condo was fully stocked, exceptionally clean and so comfortable. The walls have beautiful artwork throughout all the rooms. The view was amazing! The host Gina was so nice! Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous, relaxing property

Unit was very clean and lovely. My kids didn't want to leave, they were so comfortable there. I especially loved the back deck, listening to the ocean and birds singing all while sipping my coffee. Even though there were other units surrounding us, the back deck made me feel magically alone in paradise.

Wow wow wow!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing. We loved eating meals out on the large lanai overlooking H Bay. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway spot! Everything about Gina's place was great! It was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the AC in the bedroom and Living Room both worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and pots and pans. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit also. We had everything we needed except another month of vacation days to enjoy it longer! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place!

The condo is located in a gated community with lovely grounds and green grass. The oceanfront pool was my favorite place to be. The condo was very spacious and decorations were unique and creative. Even fresh flowers and chocolates for Valentines Day week. Beds were comfortable. The place was stocked with everything you might need while on vacation. You can hear the ocean while falling asleep at night. I hope we can stay again in this condo the next time we visit Hawaii!

Best Stay ever!

I can’t rave enough about this place! Although it is only 1 bedroom, it is very spacious. Our family of 6 fit comfortably. The place was well stocked especially with towels, pillows, and bedding. It also had many extras like sand toys, goggles, tennis rackets, pickleball, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests etc. Gina seriously thought of everything! She was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. I would totally stay here again!

This is a 5 star modern, well decorated home with great amenities as per property description. The air conditioning was great as it was humid and in the 80F range during our visit at the beginning of November. The ocean side pool area is a great place to watch the sun set and view the ocean. From the covered parking, there are three steps up to a landing and the entrance door and then 13 steps up to the second floor unit. There is excellent security. At check in there was a 31 registration fee.
