Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Check in was not professional- no one was there when I came in and I waited until a man returned and smelled like cigarettes- he didn’t even ask for my id when I checked in. You can hear everything (doors opening, highway, etc ) . Tried to book my stay longer and they said couldn’t match my rate through 3rd party - went through third party and was told I had to check out and then Check back in later - ended up not needing the extra nights after all - tried cancelling and no refund - my only bad experience with a hotel. Sadly I won’t be back and it confirmed I didn’t want to work there in Kalamazoo any longer as nothing seemed to go right.
Positives were the breakfast buffet area looked nice. The food options were nice/ different to choose from. They have a nice seating area in the breakfast area also and the workout room looked nice ( but everyone can see you when they walk past the elevator). The shower was nice, pillows comfortable and large tvs in the room that connected to streaming services.
