'As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.'

'A lovely clean apartment a 5 min drive from a beautiful beaches and beach bar. This is a great base for exploring the island . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The host is lovely and gave us some recommendations for activities and dinner which didn’t disappoint. We loved our trip and hope to be back next summer. '

'Wir haben mit 6 Personen das Haus gemietet und es war absolut toll und völlig ausreichend. Sicher ist Einiges in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte. Lage war etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants vorhanden. Wir waren fast die gamze Zeit unterwegs. Auf Nachfrage erzielten wir super schnell Bettdecken etc. Hervorragender Service! Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving....

'Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. With all the basic essentials, some of which are starting to look slightly tired. Satellite TV would be a nice addition along...

'We had a lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walking distance from restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful coves and beaches, safe for children to play in 10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return '

'We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that.'

'We’ve stayed in several Blue Water Bay villas over the years, and this one is by far the best. It truly feels like a home, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped, the sofas and beds are genuinely comfortable (a rare find in some previous villas!), and the air conditioning works brilliantly.The outdoor space is a real highlight.
