'There was an unpleasant odor in the room, perhaps from the type of cleaning product used. The room was ok for our very short stay. The blind was stuck down, but there was another building next to it, so the view was a brick wall. '

'When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

'We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. '

'Very comfortable and clean stay. The houses are beautiful, and the breakfast was great. It was a convenient and painless stay, with an ac in the room, a tv, a ten min walk from downtown, and a quick check in. Just don’t pick a fight with the bathroom door handle because you will lose that battle.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Swift the breakfast manager was wonderful. Very friendly,helpful, cheerful and great selection for breakfast. Audrey at the front desk was so kind and helpful as was the first young man that checked us in. We will be back when in treatment at atrium health. The best doctors in the world 😊 '
