'The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners which helped. Aircon position isn't suitable and rather warm in the room. Big & modern TV. Breakfast was OK, but less satisfactory on 2nd day due to an event occupying the top floor.'

'All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all.'

'The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended '

'no hot water. pool was dirty. buffet breakfast is so so. room amenities not so impressive. for its level and reputation, it was a disappointing stay'

'The hotel has quite an old look and feel. Location is good, situated in center of the city. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety. Although room was kept clean during my stay, there were some bugs crawling around in bathroom and near entrance of the room.'
