I loved that it was super affordable so I could spend more money on fun stuff in Kalispell. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to food, bars, down town Kalispell. Under new management and open during remodel with excellent customer service! Pet friendly!!!

The Motel 6 was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. The window had plywood up in the window and the air was coming through the window. We could hear people outside like there was no windows. The room was cold and didn’t have a coffee machine or anything extra. The bathroom only had one set of towels. One bath towel one hand towel and one face towel. I did not feel safe and didn’t sleep because I heard noise outside. After we checked in we read the reviews and decided to sleep on the top of the blanket with our own blankets. If you could find something different go stay there

Not worth the money. Not even a cup or hand towel in the bathroom. The whole for the air conditioner was too big so there was inch gaps around it where people could easily see in the room or stick a hand in. Scary for someone traveling alone.

If you’re looking at this property- stop immediately and take your search elsewhere. It’s absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t dare take off my shoes, use the shower or sit on the bed. When we arrived our bed had blood stained sheets and hair on them. I informed the staff and the brushed it off like it was nothing. The brought new bedding and a garbage bag for me to throw the soiled items into. They refused to change the sheets themselves. Obviously I have no choice but to do it myself- when I took the sheets off there were dead bugs in between the sheet and mattress cover. Never again will I even look at a motel 6 property.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I spent 6years in the army and would rather sleep in a piss trench then stay at the kalispell motel 6 ever again. Dirty rooms and piss port management.

Cheap is cheap, but this was too awful. What motel doesn't provide washcloths or hand towels? Two bath towels were all we got. The floor in our room was filthy, the shower had other people's hair in it, and the other guests were noisy. The only positive was the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful. Not recommended.

Property seemed in ill-repair. Hinge broken on bathroom door so it would not close. Plywood in one window pane instead of glass. Curtain broken on one side. Ceiling with obvious water damage (bubble & peeling in one spot). Walls marred. Shower unit looked to be recently replacement (good), but installer got putty or something in sink & on walls. One of the two towels as stained and looked like it had been used to clean up oil or something black.

Our room had been newly refurbished and nicely done… I think the air conditioners are new in and haven’t been properly fixed in yet… they will certainly need to be before the winter hits… the fact of gaps around the edges which were roughly plugged with strips of rubber didn’t feel very secure but we had no security issues while staying for a couple of nights… felt it wiser to take our valuables with us. The toilet seemed to have a layer of cigarette ash around the waterline… cleaners need a decent means of cleaning the loos to get under the rims too… I assume they don’t have.. and some strong cleaner! Apart from that everything was clean. The outside area had a very bumpy surface and external bins by the rooms were very full. Most reasonable price in Spokane but the most we have paid in 3 weeks of travels and no coffee/hairdryer/fridge in the room which seems to be pretty standard now. Not necessary, but for that price? However the fittings in the room were of a very reasonable quality and someone had done a very good paint job. Last thing, if you’re on the second floor, people smoking walk past your room and it comes in the gaps…if you’re a smoker you wouldn’t notice of course…. Fine the second night but not the first we stayed there… depends who your neighbours are 😁

This property is unacceptable it needs a complete redo. I had to cancel rebook hotels after my first night. I could go into details but I’ve been a traveler for about 200 hotel stays in my life this might be my worst and I was expecting the cheapest hotel in town.

It worked for us, but would not stay again.
Our check in was good, front staff was very pleasant and friendly.. however room/location were not what we were expecting. Rooms need work and were not clean for the duration of our visit. Our room was in a back alley and it was not secure as part of the window was plywood.

I had a cold and did not notice they put me in a smoking room.. All my stuff smelled of old smoke. I didnt notice till I got home my car and everything had to be cleaned.No wash cloths, no clean towel service. Not a good stay. Will never use a motel 6 again. High rates and crappy service

I was very grateful that they were able to check me in so late because I didn’t arrive til about midnight. The lady in the morning also gave me coffee after they put it away. Also I couldn’t get a ride out right at 11 checkout time and she gave me a little extra time. Very helpful.

We reserved a non-smoking room with a queen bed. When we arrived we were told there were none available and they substituted a different room which was inconvenient for us. If we had a room reserved and paid for why would this happen?

Former housekeeping manager here - the room was not as clean as I’m used to. BUT the staff there are the sweetest. I had the pleasure of running into 3 different front desk agents and all 3 ladies were amazing.
