SLEDDING: Kids young and old will enjoy the great sledding on this lake-view hill right in your own yard. Kids have learned to ski on this sloped setting as well! Just don’t sled on the DRIVEWAY…it faces the road and you don’t want to go there.

HIKING: Winter hiking is STUNNING at both Lone Pine State Park next door or Herron Park 2 minutes away. Stunning views of the Flathead Valley at both parks.

FOYS LAKE: If you love to Ice Fish, Foys Lake is THE SPOT…and you’ll see people bringing in trout all winter. Be smart and make sure it’s frozen. This former location of the National Pond Hockey Tournament makes for great sled pulling over to Treasure Island in the middle of the lake. You’ll see all kinds of Cross Country Skiing, Sled Pulling, Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling…etc. You can WALK TO THIS LAKE from Lone Moose Lodge.

PARKING: There is room for roughly 3-4 cars MAX up by the house (you’ll have to move cars here and there to let people out as needed) but there is also 2-3 parking slots on the lower driveway for overflow or cars without 4-Wheel Drive. 4-WHEEL DRIVE/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CARS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED IN MONTANA DURING WINTER.

BATHROOM: Located in the hallway next to two side bedrooms; shower/tub, double vanity sinks, toilet.

The entire main home is all yours! Our small family will be staying in the separate entrance, separate parking apartment called "the Hideaway" but you won't even see us.

We will have no shared walls between our family and yours. There is a garage and workshop between the two places.

The back hot tub is not included but the main swim spa for 11 is. *********If you are interested in booking the ENTIRE place********* please see our similar listing that sleeps 15 and you can have the Hideaway Apartment as well and we will be off-site and not on property at all.
