'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'Wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Das Hotel liegt aufgrund der weitläufigen Gartenanlage soweit von der Durchgangsstraße entfernt, dass man ohne Lärmbelästigung chilen kann. Leider war der Ort nicht so attraktiv. '

'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now. 'Been there twice, in a relatively short period. First time there were hardly any guests, second time pretty full. In both cases staff is very helpful, very friendly. The resort biggest asset. Special compliments for the Front Office, wellness & restaurant(s) staff. The resort is definitely money worth, but not the mentioned 5 stars. 'Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben.'
