Located directly on the ski slope, you have quick access to the Figol lift - perfect for a ski-in/ski-out vacation. At an altitude of 1,400 meters, nestled in the impressive mountain world of the Hohe Tauern National Park, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque village and the surrounding peaks in both summer and winter - the ideal place for unforgettable mountain moments at any time of year.



The modern apartments of the house impress with their light wooden furniture and floors, which create a cozy atmosphere. Each apartment has a spacious sitting area, a guest WC and two or three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each apartment has access to a private terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley and the majestic mountains.

Three comfortable apartments for four to six people await you at “Das Kals”: “Edelweiss”, ‘Figol’ and “Panoramablick”. With 80 m² each, they offer two master bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed and its own bathroom en suite. An additional guest WC provides even more comfort. The spacious living and dining area opens onto the balcony, from where you can enjoy the impressive view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
