At the foot of Grossglockner, surrounded by a breathtaking mountain setting, the Meins holiday house awaits you in the holiday village Kals-Großdorf at Grossglockner, in the fabulously beautiful East Tyrol. The house is at 1350 metres and enjoys a central, quiet and sunny location. The detached farmhouse is on a road with little traffic. Benefit from a fully-euqipped holiday house, exclusively for you, your family and friends – for an unforgettable, fabulous holiday. It is ideally suited to self-catering groups of 10-12 people. Many trip and hiking destinations, an active holiday in summer, and a location right by the piste in winter make it attractive accommodation.

The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV, a stone pine living room in a traditional and cosy style for relaxing with satellite TV, two bathrooms (one in a Roman-Etruscan style with a Jacuzzi and chromotherapy), two toilets, five bedrooms, a ski storage and leisure room. The bedrooms all have washbasins, in addition to the two bathrooms, as well as stone pine beds. The cosy rooms afford a panoramic view.

Three of the five bedrooms have a balcony. The house is surrounded by a beautiful natural garden, where you can grill in summer and sit together sociably. Three free parking spaces are available by the house. The site is partially fenced. A table tennis table, badminton, garden furniture, a parasol, six garden loungers and a grill are available for use free of charge in the leisure room in the basement, which leads directly to the garden.

Plenty of books and games are available. You can also enjoy HD-quality TV at the Meins holiday house on a large screen. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A bread rolls delivery service to the house can be booked locally. A children’s travel bed is available.

In summer you can climb many peaks, go on beautiful hikes or experience adventures, with activities for children and adults. Such as the Kals valley circuit, cycle tours, wild water tours and climbing, concert evenings, events in the Johann Stüdl Saal etc. You can admire the mythical Grossglockner from Kals at the Lucknerhaus with a good meal, or climb it yourself. In the sunny town Lienz about 30km away there is a natural pool at Tristacher See, a leisure pool with a sauna. It is also worth visiting Schloss Bruck, with many events and concerts in summer. There is also the Galitzenklamm in Lienz for climbing for all ages. We recommend out partner Aktiv Club Osttirol and the Kals mountain guides for various other sports adventures. In the evening you can go out for dinner nearby and enjoy live music and grill evenings, or make yourselves comfortable at home and use the Weber grill for sociable evenings in the cosy garden.
