'Friendly staff. Clean room.'

'Even after requested for swimming pool water cleaning it was not done...as water was so dirty not able to do swimming at all..also the swimming pool is only for kids and not adults as depth of swimming pool is only 4 feet max...it was not worth the money we paid...the room size is very small i cant even stand properly..while booking from the online platform it was written that kids can stay free..but when we reached reception they forcefully asked for kids id and charges us 1500rs..also not...

'Great staff, okay rooms '

'Rooms were clean but property with less amenity and no breakfast, lunch, dinner facility. May be due to bridge problem.'

'The rooms where very good, location of the resort was also vey good.'

'It was a bad experience.no heater . No cleanliness. No one to guide u help u'

'Absolutely top notch. The location is apt and very close to all the local tourist points and as well as the main market. Biggest highlight is the balcony views. A must visit property for everyone. The breakfast was good as well. The staff and the overall quality of the property is well maintained and well behaved. If you want to explore panchagani and mahableshwar. You should try this out as it lies right in the middle of both.'

'Good. Experience in the property'

'Food quality can be improved.'

'We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). '

'Room, washroom and window was not clean at all. At 3200 price point I could afford 3 star range hotel. Very disappointed with hotel room '

'The hotel is not worth what you pay for it. The shower has no curtains so all the bathroom gets wet, the room is old and maintenance is poor.'
