'Kevin was a great host. The accommodation had everything we needed. We appreciated the touches, such as chocolates , nibblies, coffee, bbq. Sittting having our morning coffee at the riverside was pretty special. The location was an easy walk to town on the River Trail. Super comfy and cozy. Would highly recommend. '

'We enjoyed our two night stay here and hopefully will be back. Karen is a welcoming host who has decorated a cozy space with such thoughtful attention to color, design, and detail. We loved the coffee/tea bar, taking a nap in the inviting living room, sitting on the floating dock on the river and on the patio by the koi pond, and the comfy beds. The uphill jaunt to the place is what provides this space its great views - we often had our morning coffees outside and spent our evenings looking out at the city lights. Inside there is a ton of space that was more than enough for four adults to move and lounge. Two nice size beds with large closets. 'lovely clean modern basement apartment. Comes with a lot of rules so didn’t feel like we could relax as much as we would have liked! But that’s probably us in the fact that we would always treat the rental as if it were our own home and leave it as we found it ! otherwise no problems would recommend if staying in Kamloops .'

It was great and we were able to have a group over for pizza party with our dance group, lots of dishes to serve, blender for drinks, and kids could be out in yard. AC was much needed with the +40C weather. Owner was also kind enough to give us a late check out as we weren’t able to leave till early afternoon. So appreciated! Thanks for a memorable Kamloops visit!'

I had a minor fender bender with a small tree at the driveway entrance, and luckily transport to Emergency was not needed. Ha! The only one VERY minor inconvenience was a brief WiFi outage, but a work-around was offered promptly, and there was a brief late-night power outage as I was packing for my morning departure.
