    Dit huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een perfect uitje. Profiteer van de strandspullen, koelbox, stoelen en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een dag vol avontuur! De hoofdslaapkamer is beneden met een groot bad en een aparte douche. Na een lange dag kunt u ontspannen op het enorme California King-bed of genieten van de Lanai vanaf de aparte ingang.

    Bereid een maaltijd voor een koning in de grote, goed gevulde keuken. Er is voldoende zitgelegenheid rond de grote eettafel of langs de bar in de keuken. Ontspan en geniet van een beweging na een lange dag in de zon. Dit toestel beschikt over een smart-tv met kabel en Netflix en 500 mbps internet voor gasten. Onbeperkte lokale (Hawaii-eilanden), vasteland en Canada bellen is ook beschikbaar. De wasruimte bevindt zich naast de keuken, dus u hoeft uw vuile kleren niet in te pakken voor thuis! Boven zijn er twee slaapkamers. Een met twee aparte bedden en de andere met een kingsize bed. Er is een gedeelde complete badkamer die gasten kunnen gebruiken.
    De ingebouwde bbq bevindt zich op de Lanai en is geweldig voor het grillen van wat vers gevangen vis en lokale groenten van de boerenmarkt. Dit huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een perfect toevluchtsoord!

    Gasten hebben toegang tot het exclusieve Napua Restaurant (geopend voor lunch en diner) of ontspannen in de privé Mauna Lani Beach Club. Krijg toegang tot de Mauna Lani Sports and Fitness Club en tennisbanen of oefen uw swing op een van de twee kampioenschapsgolfbanen. Verwen uzelf met een dag in de spa of u kunt een tour boeken met Mauna Lani Sea Adventures!
    Auberge Collection ondergaat een renovatie van $ 200 miljoen en zal het hotel en resort begin 2020 heropenen. Tot die tijd wordt het verblijf op Fairways 1705 niet beïnvloed. Golf, spa en andere voorzieningen blijven ook open.

Continues to be a great stay - this is our 3rd time. The kids love it and feel immediately comfortable. It is perfectly clean - and there is a lot of attention to detail. We have stayed at other rentals, including at Fairways, and this one stands out for attention to detail, cleanliness, thoughtful touches, plenty of supplies. Impeccable attention to detail

Super impressed with the townhome. The kitchen in incredibly well stocked and all appliances are new. Convenient location and seamless check-in. Hosts even provided information about local places and popular spots. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Really well stocked condo. Everything was great. Only issue was the gate code wasn’t working and the guy in the office was no help. We were able to get in and out by using some other person’s code - thankfully otherwise it would have been a slight nightmare.

This property is beautiful and has everything you could want for an easy vacation. Having the beach wagon and beach chairs was really helpful. The property is beautifully maintained and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could ever dream of having.

Beautiful place

Very nicely furnished. Kitchen is full of stuff. Best we have ever seen. All appliances are new. Very convince location with walking distances to food, grocery store, coffee, and beach. There is also a private beach, but we have to drive a little to get there.

Immaculate! The BEST unit!

I never give 5-star reviews because there are always a few things that could be better about a place. We've been coming to the big island for over a decade and this is by far the best unit we've stayed in. Immaculately CLEAN, not a scuff or spec of dust in sight. A truly well-stocked kitchen with quality items, not dollar store junk.Also the most impressive array of clean, well maintained beach and snorkel gear; truly impressive. They also provide a few books and games for kids, pack-n-plays, even a bassinet. I felt like I was in a nice home, not a rental. Just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough!!

There were many family-friendly things (high chair, bassinet, toddler mattress, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers etc) and the unit was so clean and spacious. We went to the Mauna Lani beach club and pool nearly every day. The lanai and bbq was beautiful with grass right outside. We had no issues at all and CB Island Vacations was also great to work with. We'd absolutely go back!

Relaxing, wonderful stay

We loved our stay at 1705 from start to finish. Every detail was anticipated. The house was clean the bedrooms were cozy. It was a wonderful place to come home to after exploring the island. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property. Close to Hapuna beach, Maunakea beach, and the beach club on the property is also excellent.
