Terrace is a beautiful new luxury resort inside the Mauna Lani Resort. Terrace condos are beautifully maintained and fresh. This single level home has 1150 sq feet with 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Featuring a large pool, jacuzzi and a multiple gas barbecues, the recreation center is only a minute away. This upscale luxury property is modern and located on the ocean front. This condo is an end unit on ground fllor with no stairs! Located just 25 minutes North of the Kona Airport, it's easy to get to. Terrace is a great place to relax and explore the Big Island.

The condo features a beautiful kitchen, with travertine floors throughout. In addition, there are (6) Gas BBQ's at the Rec Area, literally one minute walk away

This house has 1 bedrooms and 2 FULL baths. All on one level - NO STAIRS! The house is 1,150 sq feet, is roomy and comfortable, and is cooled by central air conditioning. The master bedroom has 2 fans and the living room sports two fans to create a nice breezes to keep you cool, along with the air conditioning.

There is lots of entertainment! The living room features a new TV with AppleTV hardware.

The Neighborhood

This home is just 15 minute walk from the Mauna Lani shopping center. There, you can find many shops and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, Foodland Farms. Auberge Hotel is a five minute walk away. The Auberge Hotel is next door, offering fine dining, buffets, brunches, and bars. A five star hotel, The Fairmont Orchid, is just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, which offers world class restaurants. .

Costco is 30 minutes away in Kailua Kona, with fantastic locally grown foods, fresh fish, Kona coffee and chocolate covered Macadamia nuts, as well as an extensive liquor selection.

The airport is 25 minutes from our LagoonView Terrace (#G102) at the Mauna Lani Terrace. Mauna Lani Resort is a world class resort.

Relaxing stay and so close to the beach!

We had a relaxing stay; the property is quiet, private and close to the beach. There were many amenities and so convenient, where if we were tired of going out at restaurants, we made meals in the home. Def staying there again. Everything about this condo is so good that my husband and I have already stayed there twice. Communicating with the owner is easy. He is always very responsive to any questions via text, email or phone. The condo is well equipped, clean, spacious and conveniently located near beautiful beaches, fish ponds, walking paths and shops/restaurants. It is located on the sunny side of Hawaii and offers great weather year round. Perfect for a peaceful and chill getaway.

Fantastic stay - start to finish

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner, Lee, was an incredible host. Very accommodating when our travel plans were interrupted by a flight cancellation. The suite itself is above five stars! Spacious, comfortable, Lee has thought of everything. As a perfectionistic person myself, I really appreciated all the signs and guidance on where things were located and how to manage the temperature in the suite. The kitchen is incredible with top end appliances. We did not cook, but if you were a chef, you would love it here. The living room sofa is so comfortable and the TV has many channels. The king size bed is very comfortable. The main bathroom is huge and, lots of space to spread out cosmetics and grooming supplies on the double sink countertop. Huge walk-in shower. The location of this unit is truly incredible. It is a one minute walk to the pool and hot tub. A 5 min walk to a sandy beach. We used the hot tub every single night . The snorkelling out in front of this location is some of the best on the island. It was the only place we saw a turtles underwater. We explored the whole island, including the volcano, national park, and the observatory for stargazing. When coming back to the big island, we will definitely look for this suite again. Amazing stay at Mauna Lani Terrace Condos

Lee's condo at Mauna Lani Terrace was even better than advertised. It's the perfect location with access to the beach club and resort property for relaxing days and amazing snorkeling. Great spot for golf as well, and easy access to everything along the beautiful Kohala coast. The condo itself was gorgeous, quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as beach towels and other practical amenities. I will stay here again!

Wonderful Place!

Five minutes walking to beach! When my wife and I visited, the night we got there there was an unusual 5 inches of rain. This caused flooding north of us and shut down many beaches, but not the beach at Mauna Lani. It was great to walk to, no car needed. The Lenai (covered porch) was very comfortable in the morning and the evening. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the inside cool enough to sleep comfortably. Fans provided throughout were very nice as well. TV was good sized. Kitchen was well stocked. It was really an exceptional place to stay for the two of us. We had a good time and will likely return at some point!

Beautifully appointed condo, perfect for two people with all you could want for a clean, comfortable stay. Loved the large sliders onto the Lanai and new appliances. Great condo for a relaxed stay

First time staying in this condo, for a relaxing 3-week winter escape. Lee, the owner, is great to work with. Everything is as shown in the listing, no surprises. Location was great for us...the lanai is in the shade all day, in a quiet corner of the condo community. High end furnishings and accessories, easy parking, clean, updated, and modern. Good kitchen and entertainment tech. This is a very easy place to settle in and relax.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

We had a great time at the Terrace Lagoons overlooking the fish lagoons. A shopping mall and grocery store is within a 10 min walk or 3 min drive. 5 star restaurants are within a 5 min walk or drive. Our place was clean and inviting and the check in process was easy because we watched the instructional videos that Lee provided to us. He was very easy to reach when we had questions. Everything you could possibly need is included in the property, the appliances and the air conditioning worked wonderfully! The walkways are pleasant for purposes of exercise. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. This was our first time staying at the Lagoons and will be sure to visit again in the future. Thank you to the owner Lee!

100% perfect. OK, maybe 110% perfect

Everything about the Mauna Lani Lagoon Terrace condo was great. The location allows easy access to the beach (5 minute walk) or pool (60-second walk), along with the rest of the Big Island (Kona, Mauna Kea, Volcanos...). The unit is quiet and comfortable (fans were great, never even thought about the AC), and it basically has every amenity that you could wish for. Everything in the kitchen is top-notch. Everything in the condo is top-notch! The lanai was a perfect space from early mornings through evenings. We'll definitely look for this condo again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Wonderful stay at Mauna Lani Lagoon Terrace.

Lovely condo at the Lagoon Terraces at the Mauna Lani resort area. No view of the ocean but nice overlooking the lagoon. Very well stocked, everything you need including beach chairs, ice chest, spices, large washer/dryer, 2 full baths. Access to the beach club was great and easy walk next door to the Mauna Lani resort. Pool area for the condos was wonderful, usually empty. Location was near Waikoloa and Mauna Kea/Hapuna. Unit was exactly as described and communication with the owner could not have been better.

Amazing location, walk to beach

Well sized unit. Very well organized and attention to detail to household supplies and extras. Comfortable, upscale furniture. Well stocked kitchen tools and appliances. Will definitely stay here again when in town. really nice landlord/owner.
