    U zult het heerlijk vinden om terug te keren naar dit prachtige huis na een dag op de links of ontspannen op het strand. Spoel het zand af in de buitendouche omringd door lavasteen en open de deur om de koele A / C door het hele huis te voelen. U kunt de berg zien vanuit uw volledig uitgeruste keuken terwijl u uw ochtendkoffie naar de achterste Lanai loopt om mogelijk enkele van de kleuren van de zonsopgang te vangen.

    Waikoloa Golf ligt op slechts anderhalve mijl afstand, terwijl de golfbanen Mauna Lani en Francis Brown niet meer dan vijf mijl verwijderd zijn. Great location, clean, great view of the volcanoes, spacious, good price, beach equipment provided, good connectivity. But the furniture was bare or a bit worn out. The pantry was totally empty, not even bare essentials, so bring your own or plan a Target run at Kona if you plan to cook. Overall a decent value for the price.

Oasis in Kohala

We were so pleased with this great house in Waikoloa! The backyard space was amazing, and the house itself was very clean. Major bonus having the beach gear, as this property is just a short drive to the resort beaches. Also close to tons of shops and restaurants. The outdoor shower was amazing! The only drawbacks are that we weren’t allowed to use the fire pit…even though there are pictures of it in the listing, we were told we weren’t allowed to use. Also apparently there is a side unit connected to the house, but luckily no one was in it during our stay. I was trying to avoid being right next to anyone, so would have been sad if someone was there. All in all, a really great place to stay!

Good location for island exploration in resort area

The Big Island has a few very distinct areas. The home is in the resort area of the island so if you like that vibe then its a perfect spot. But you won't find any local flavor in the area and the closest is Kona which is a 35+ minute drive. My husband and I refered to the house as the vanilla box. It is very clean and spacious and has laundry facilities, everything you need for the beach and an interesting view of the lava fields. Bun no warmth or character. It felt very cold. If you plan to cook at home you will need to buy everything. Unlike many VRBO's where the pantry has at least the basics, the house has only the pots and pans and tablewear. Best part for us was that we like to do lots of day trips so from the location we could go in any direction to get to the major areas. It really is perfectly situated for that purpose.

Nice House and Location - be warned that you're not leasing the entire home though

We liked the house and the location. My kids particularly liked the outdoor shower. However, the listing wasn't clear that the front of the house is subdivided and so were surprised to have two people let themselves into a separate apartment late at night. They were then loud for two hours and I had to go over there myself to ask them to be quiet as the property manager wasn't able to solve the problem. The rental company subsequently helped address the issue a couple of days later. Thankfully the subunit was empty for the rest of our stay.When we did have the house to ourselves, we enjoyed the backyard and the ample living spaces. The kitchen has adequate dishes and pots/pans but no basic condiments - not even salt. We had to purchase a container of salt to make breakfasts - I'd be curious to know if they left it there for future guests!

Beautiful Home

This home was clean and new. Well equipped with supplies for a day at the beach. Comfortably furnished with modern touches. Could use a few more pantry items like salt, pepper, nonstick spray and condiments perhaps. Be sure to note there are 2 separate units to rent. Very enjoyable stay over all!

Amazing home, perfect location!

We enjoyed every aspect of this home. This was a last minute home as our previous rental did not work out. The Vacasa representative worked really hard to get us this home last minute and was so helpful! The home itself was very clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. Very close to beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants! The local Vacasa representative was also very helpful with a last minute need that we had. Thank you for helping to make our Hawaii vacation perfect!

Truly the STAR OF WAIKOLOA!

From booking until we left, everything was awesome! Upon arrival the home was sparkly clean and beautiful. Check in process was easy. I also had a special request and upon contacting the local operator, Stasha, she was so kind and understanding! Thank you so very much! The morning views are so calming and the early evening skies cant be beat. The home was equipped with everything a family would need and more. The home is spacious, clean and many shops near by. We had a party of 6 and everyone agreed that it was great! We will be looking in to staying here again in the future. Mahalo Waikoloa!

Refreshing home

It was a clean and beautiful space, with fresh towels, linen and all the basics. We loved sitting around the fireplace outside in the evening, and paddle boarding at the local black sands beach. We had a couple things we needed during our time and the response time was quick and helpful.

Neu, großzügig, tadellos

Brandneues Haus an einer Privatstraße (auch neu, noch nicht im Navi) zwischen anderen ähnlichen Häusern. Großzügig geplant, durchdacht und mit Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es sind alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Groß, hell, blitzblank - man könnte die Liste in dieser Art beliebig fortsetzen. Ein paar Highlights: große überdachte Terrasse, Gasgrill, eine Außendusche am Master-Bathroom, Doppelwaschtisch, Walk-In-Dusche, Küche mit XXL-Gasherd (nach europäischen Maßstäben) und so weiter... Für den Fall, dass Sie zu Bedenken neigen (wie ich): Der in der Nähe befindliche Heli-Port ist nicht hören, der Abstand ist ausreichend. Ebenso die Distanz zur nächsten Hauptstraße. Da das Objekt neu gebaut ist, hatten die Außenanlagen noch keine Zeit, komplett grün zu werden. Der Teil, der schon fertig ist, lässt aber erkennen, dass es sehr gut wird, wenn es fertig ist. Meinerseits klare Empfehlung. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it.
