Wij nodigen u uit om in ons prachtige stukje Hawaï te blijven! Ons huis is gelegen in THE VILLAGES, een prive, gated community in de buurt van alles! The Villages biedt gasten maximaal comfort en gemak. Ons huis ligt op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen van Mauna Lani en tijdens uw verblijf krijgt u toegang tot de pas bijgewerkte Private Beach Club.

Ons 2.200 m² grote huis (plus meer dan 600 ft aan privébalkons en Lanai's) werd gebouwd in de eerste fase van The Villages.

De unieke kenmerken van dit huis in vergelijking met andere huizen in The Villages zijn:

* Alleen unit met lavasteenmuur van oprit naar voordeur.
* Naast en achter één verhaaleenheden versus twee verhaaleenheden betekent volledige privacy met het extra voordeel van middag / avondzon op de Lanai!
* Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanaf de voorkant op een rustige zijstraat met slechts 5 woningen.
* Alle upgrades mogelijk tijdens de bouw van het apparaat

Geniet van het beste van twee werelden terwijl je wordt afgeschermd van de twee hoofdwegen die naar de dorpen leiden door een uitgestrekt, verhoogd, tropisch aangelegd eiland - Gemoedsrust met kleinere kinderen, omdat slechts een handvol huizen in ons rustige straatje zit. Het is een korte wandeling van 124 meter naar The Shops (Farmland Foods gastronomische supermarkt, Tommy Bahama Cafe, Ruth Chris, Oasis en meer)

De lay-out 'Lehua' heeft een geweldig ruimteconcept dat zich uitstrekt door een grote zakdeur met raamwand tot een ruime veranda en een tuin die een leuke, onderhoudende ruimte creëren.

Alle keukenartikelen zijn van topklasse en u zult niets missen voor elke maaltijd die u wilt bereiden, inclusief roestvrijstalen apparaten, GE vaatwasser, eiland met dubbele spoelbak, grote Sub-Zero koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, koffiemolen, broodrooster.

Boven heeft de hoofdslaapkamer een inloopkast met ingebouwde kasten, een eigen balkon en een grote badkamer met ruim ligbad. De tweede slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden (op verzoek om te bouwen tot een kingsize bed) plus een lits jumeaux en een eigen badkamer. De derde slaapkamer beneden is een eigen suite met een queensize bed en een aangrenzende badkamer met een inloopdouche. Een pocketdeur van het 1/2 bad onthult een grote wasruimte met Fisher Paykel w / d en is gevuld met aanvullende wasmiddel en strandlakens tijdens uw verblijf. Flatscreen t. v.'s in alle kamers zijn voorzien van draadloos internet.

De Lanai heeft een mooie afgewerkt teakhouten tafel en ligstoelen voor 6-8 personen. De buitenkeuken is voorzien van een ingebouwde barbecue, koelkast en spoelbak. Bovendien wacht een apart privéterras naast de keuken om te zonnebaden, koffie in de ochtend of een rustige plek om te lezen.

Toegang tot privéstrandclub, toegang tot fitnesscentrum en privé (The Villages heeft HET WARME ZWEMBAD in Mauna Lani!) toegang tot zwembad / spa, kindvriendelijk.

Hello. First of all, the property was really great and I would consider staying again. For those who might be concerned about the property being close to the shopping center/mall, it is located on the “quiet” side of the mall, where the grocery store is located. The grocery store closes early and there were no issues ever with noise, etc. Additionally, the property is located near the entrance/gate to the community. Initially, I was concerned about this but it turns out that there is a landscaped hill that separates the property from the gate/entrance. Once again, no issues ever with noise, headlights, etc. Keep in mind that there is no view from the property and one has to drive to the beach (or ride the provided bikes). Mahalo for a great property.

Great Location for Everything

We had a great stay! It was large and had more than enough room for 5 adults. It has many spices, bags and oils so you should check before buying. I loved the AC, showers and living room area. They do need to update their microwave and tvs in the upstairs bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again especially with the use of the beach club.

Wonderful stay at the Villages of Mauna Lani

Amazing home in the beautiful gated Villages of Mauna Lani. Four of us had plenty of room to stretch out in this wonderfully appointed two story home. We opted to cook in the spacious kitchen for most of the trip. Plenty of seating for us and another guest family who joined us for dinner a couple of evenings. This home comes with beach access to the private Manua Lani Beach Club. It is perfect for snorkeling or spending a day sunning. The Napua restaurant at the beach club offers cocktails and lunch items and at sunset it transforms into a gourmet restaurant complete with the perfect sunset view. Check in at the home was a breeze and communication was 5 stars with the host! We can't wait to return!

Big Island Christmas Week with a perfect home base

Phenomenal home base for our family of 7 to spend Christmas week on the Big Island. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner leading up to the trip, and a friendly welcome from the host when we arrived. First off, the home was perfect in size, cleanliness and amenities. Loved the outdoor cooking and eating space, kitchen spacious for family meals, and spaces spread out for everyone to take a break from forced family fun time :D Access to the beach club was great (and enjoyed walking down there in the mornings through the lava park by the ponds), and the shops at Mauna Lani (especially the grocery store a few steps away) were super convenient for food, coffee, and the extra outdoor clothing/items which teenagers tend to forget to pack. Location was quiet, peaceful and beautiful, and the short drive access down into town was perfect. Was hard to leave at the end of our trip - amazing property!

Absolute Perfection!

This was our first stay on the Big Island. We had originally booked on Maui but then the fire happened and our home was needed to house displaced families so we switched to this island. We were so happy to find this place because it was similar to what we had booked on Maui. We were a family of 6 adults and wanted space to spread out and this was it! Kathryn was fabulous - we arrived late on Thanksgiving night and she was willing to purchase some frozen pizzas and POG for us to leave in the fridge because everything would be closed and we'd be starving when we arrived. But, there is an upscale Food Land literally next door that opened at 6 am the next day so it as easy to get food for breakfast. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that every bedroom was an ensuite. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning worked great with separate upstairs and downstairs units. The kitchen was very well equipped and after a run to Costco, we cooked a couple of meals a day at the house. We loved the walls of sliding glass. It was lovely to open them in the morning and evening and catch cross breezes. Bonus that they all had screens to keep the critters out but let the breeze in. We loved this house and the host was the best. I'm a travel agent and will recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a great stay on the Big Island!

Wonderful stay at a great property and perfect location in paradise

Our family of 5 had a terrific stay in this high-end property. We loved its location in the Mauna Lani resort, in direct walking distance to shops and restaurants, and with a great private beach club and pool too. The property itself was well-stocked with all needed amenities and many extras.

Beautiful and clean!!!

This is our second year renting this beautiful home! The owners and property managers are incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is located so close to beaches, shops and restaurants and yet so quiet and private. Love, love this place.

Outstanding Property and Vacation

Our first time staying in Mauna Lani and this property was outstanding. Very well stocked and in an excellent location! Access to the beach in Mauna Lani and an outstanding pool for our grandkids were two of the highlights! Kathryn was incredibly responsive and one of the best owners we have every dealt with in all of the years we have rented property in Hawaii and in other parts of the world. We will be back!

Adventure in Paradise

Our goal was to find a place to thoroughly relax and enjoy Hawaii and we found the perfect place to do it. It was a last minute change and super glad we were able to rent this house. Big enough to spread out and super comfy for all 5 of us to hang together as a family. When we come back we definitely want to stay here. It is a bit of a drive out of Kona, but is nice to be away from all of that. Plus, with access to the private beach, we didn’t need much else. Shopping is a short walk away so everything one needs is right here.

My family vacationed here for a week and it was truly like being in my own “home”! The house was very clean and well stocked… all we had to do is marketing and we were all set. The pools/gym are close by and we walked everywhere. The beaches are close by and absolutely beautiful! We loved staying at this rental. The kitchen had everything we needed, garage had all the stuff for the beach(6 chairs, 3 umbrellas, sand toys, 3 big boogie boards, noodles, and more). I loved the proximity to the shopping. Our multiple grocery store runs were 2 minutes away! The beds were so comfortable and I slept like a baby!
