Onze prachtige villa biedt de perfecte sfeer voor uw Hawaiiaanse vakantie. Het belangrijkste is om te genieten van het Big Island, de Villa biedt het beste van binnen / buiten wonen met een ruim interieur (2700 m²) en een eigen Lanai met uitzicht op de oceaan.

Binnen kunt u genieten van twee suites met een adembenemend uitzicht met een elegante inrichting. De master suite is ingericht met een kingsize bed, terwijl de tweede suite twee queensize bedden biedt. Beide suites hebben luxe, op spa geïnspireerde badkamers en toegang tot buitenpatio's met loungemeubilair. De villa is geschikt voor 6 personen met 2. 5 badkamers.

Onze villa biedt ook een grote, open keuken, perfect voor het bereiden van elke maaltijd. De luchtige woonkamer nodigt u uit om te ontspannen op de zachte banken en biedt de ultieme, comfortabele gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Entertainment-opties zijn overal in onze Villa beschikbaar, met 3 tv's, WiFi, een robuust geluidssysteem en een pooltafel.

Op de prive Lanai, kunt u genieten van het prive zwembad, jacuzzi, ligstoelen, adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan, BBQ en dineren. Er is echt geen betere manier om te genieten van de schoonheid van het Big Island.

Er is een wandelpad van de Villa naar het Mauna Kea Resort - met het beroemde witte zandstrand van Kauna, een legendarische golfbaan, tennispaviljoen aan zee, wandelpaden, spa, lekker eten en Hawaiiaanse culturele evenementen. Als gast van onze Villa bieden wij de mogelijkheid om lid te worden van de Mauna Kea Club, waardoor onze gasten kunnen deelnemen aan alle voorzieningen van het resort voor een extra dagelijkse vergoeding van $ 65. Deze optie biedt toegang tot de faciliteiten van het resort, kortingen en laaddiensten om de noodzaak om contant geld mee te nemen te elimineren.

Villa 12 is echt een unieke mix van privéluxe en toegang tot het resort. Wij nodigen u uit om te genieten van onze rustgevende Villa en kijken ernaar uit om de geest van Aloha met u te delen.

Perfect Villa

Great villa conveniently located within Mauna Kea property. A 10 minute walk down the private path and you are at the hotel and beach. House was fully stocked with any kitchen items you would need if you plan to cook at the house. Very clean and well-kept. We had a great stay!

Incredible Villa on the Big Island

My husband, daughter, and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa 12 for eight days and absolutely loved it! The Big Island is such a special place and this property allowed us to experience it fully. The views of Mauna Kea at sunrise and the ocean at sunset were priceless. This property was especially great for us because we had the space and flexibility of a home while also having the amenities of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel within a short walking distance. The Villa had everything we needed and was very well taken care of. Also, Sarah the owner was so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!!

It does not get better than this.

Villa 12 is an exceptional Villa. The Villa is a stunning, and comfortable home. The Villa is very well appointed with everything you might need. The walk to the hotel and beach is 5-7 minutes, very pleasant and a lovely walk. The Villa is perfect for families as well as couples given the layout. The indoor and outdoor furniture are very welcoming and comfortable – perfect for gatherings and enjoying one another’s company. Regardless if you are having a working vacation or a true vacation, there are comfortable seating areas for everyone to achieve the holiday they are looking for. The location is ideal, extremely private and quiet, and the sunsets are right off the deck, and are a perfect way to end the day. We have been to this Villa many times and look forward to returning again.

Amazing Villa!

The Villa exceeded our expectations! The view is the best, the location was perfect - 5 min. walk to beach. The house is fully loaded - kitchen has everything, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers, washer, dryer, etc. We had the most amazing, relaxing stay. We always stay at the Four Seasons and we really enjoyed the space this Villa provided us. Definitely purchase the resort pass - my husband played golf twice, we parked at the hotel, enjoyed using the hotels beach chairs and towels. We’ve been going to the Big Island for 25 years and we’ll definitely return the this Villa. Thxs Sarah and Alexis for letting us add one extra day to our rental at the last minute and for the great communication during our stay.

Amazing time in Mauna Kea!

Beautiful and spacious traditional home within a very easy walk of Mauna Kea resort. Truly the best of both worlds having a lovely house and access (extra fee per day) to both Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach resorts. Stunning beach with sandy bottom perfect for swimming and snorkeling right off the shore. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Nice sheets and comfy beds and pillows. Can’t beat that view!

- Perfect location for sunsets - 5-minute walk to Mauna Kea and everything it offers - Pool table was fun for family time - Only downside was how loud the master bedroom gets during windstorms. We used noise cancelling headphones at night and a couple nights it wasn't enough.

Amazing property!

This was exactly what my husband and I needed for our honeymoon! Private, on a beautiful property, AMAZING sunset views, very clean and had all the necessities we needed. Most nearby restaurants were part of resorts so if you want to eat at more local places, it’s a minimum 45 minute drive. Otherwise I would HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful property, excellent accommodations

Very spacious, well appointed, and comfortable 2bd 2 1/2 bath condo with private pool and spa and a lovely view. Mauna Kea resort, a short walk from the condo, is quite beautiful and has one of the best beaches in Hawaii if not the world. Reasonably close (15 min drive) to Waimea for restaurants and in the sunniest part of the island. Having to pick up the (additional fee) parking/resort access pass at the residents service office at the adjoining hotel (Westin Hapuna) was a minor inconvenience but it gives you free run of both properties and you don't have to explain yourself to the guards at the front gate every time you return to the resort. The property manager, Alexis, was very helpful and proactive when Spectrum had a short Internet outage, forwarding the messages from Spectrum about the outage. Highest recommendation and would definitely stay again.

A Heavenly Oasis

This Mauna Kea Villa was perfect. It served as headquarters and Sawyer family home central for our five-week exploration of the Big Island. Sarah, the owner, was always professional and responsive in our talks before we signed our lease. The few times we needed to reach out for a little help, Alexis, the villa manager was likewise professional and responsive. The home itself was beautifully yet comfortably appointed. It exuded a classic Hawaiian spirit of understated elegance, just like the Mauna Kea hotel does. Might it be the ghost of Laurence Rockefeller? The pool was a delight on sunny afternoons when we returned from the beach. It even had a pool table for Minnesota Fats aficionados! If you believe in the mantra “location-location-location,” this is the place to be. We wanted for nothing.

We had a great time in your beautiful Villa ! Probably enjoyed all the amenities more than many of your visitors since we had to spend 6 of the 14 days house bound due to the horrendous winds. Beautiful decorations, fully equipped kitchen and a view to end all views. Alexis was extremely helpful and friendly. Only suggestion I have is it would have been nice to have more seating outside. The lounges were comfortable to lie flat on but would have liked to have comfortable chairs to sit out on or lounges that had different positions. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice, but then the complex is Mauna Kea! The layout is excellent with two masters at either end of the unit, each with individual baths. Lots of interesting stereo equipment, but no instructions on how to use this equipment. The unit is dated and there are better villas at more competitive rates. Shop around. The property manager was outstanding and very helpful.

Perfect Place in Paradise

We stayed at this lovely villa for 8 days with our daughter and son-in-law. The villa was exactly as pictured, but was better than imagined. The villa is layed out perfectly with the bedrooms at either end of the building giving each family a sense of privacy. The fantastic gourmet kitchen was very spacious and was equipped with superb appliances, and the living area was in between with a spectacular view of the ocean. Also, included is a pool, hot tub, gas grill and pool table. The villa was immaculate and very well taken care of. Alexis, the property manager was responsive and took care of a few minor problems at the beginning of our stay. The beautiful Mauna Kea Resort is pristine and we opted for the guest visits. We enjoyed the beach, pool, spa and most of the restaurants-all which were outstanding. We absolutely loved staying at the villa!
