Well maintained hotel and excellent staff
The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout. The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar. If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however. I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

We wanted to stay for another week, called down to the front desk, was told the will call us back with details. Gave staff 45 minutes and writer called again. Writer was told to expect a call back within a few minutes. Writer waited until 12:25 Am, no call back. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times per year. We checked out and went to another property. Marriott dropped the ball, big time!!!

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located near Lulu Mall and the Kochi Metro Edapally stop. Had a great experience here. Great rooms, great breakfast menu, hotel looks splendid and staff were courteous and friendly. Staff provided excellent customer service. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at and I will definitely stay again in the future. Special thanks to the following hotel staff for making our stay wonderful: Swetha, Achu, Rachel, Linsa, Siljo, Rahul, Daniel and a few others whose names I did not catch. If any criticism can be given, the only problem I can see is that the taste of the meat items in the dinner menu can be improved. For instance, I had dinner there one day and the beef curry was not great.

One of the best stays I have ever had. The staff were excellent, from the moment We got picked up from the airport. To the checkin and every meal I had in the hotel. It was absolutely amazing. Front Office staff were so nice and friendly, They always greet you with a smile and trust me, it is very refreshing. The security staff and the concierge staff is always there to help you. Whatever you may need they will go out of their way to help you. Food is absolutely amazing, and the spread is excellent. Food tastes authentic and no flavor is over powering the other. Just a heads up, meal times could get the restaurant staff running an uphill marathon, so patience is important if you ordered anything. But its worth every minute, dollar and rupee. I highly recomment Kochi Marriot and definitely not my last stay here.

スタッフの仕事ぶりは、さすが5つ星。 ショッピングモール隣接で、買い物に便利。 朝食ビュッフェがとてもおいしい。 プール、ジムが充実している。 ホテルの落ち度ではないが、隣室が深夜、早朝、時間を問わず、隣まで響く大音量で音楽を流し、度々睡眠を妨害された。インドではよくあることで、どのホテルに泊まってもこれで悩まされる。マリオットのベッドは寝心地いいのに残念だ。
