'It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. 'Ganz neues grosses luxuriöses Hotel, 10 Tuktuk-Minuten von Srimongol entfernt an ruhiger lokalen Strasse, sehr nahe bei den Tee- und Fruchtplantagen. Freundliches Mitarbeiterteam, zZt aber sehr wenig Gäste, wirkt noch etwas ausgestorben. Grosszügige schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, gutes Internet, wunderbares grosses Schwimmbad, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Angenehme lokale Umgebung mit kleinen Läden und weiteren Restaurants. '

'Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. '

'Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. 'No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room.
