Villa Nevia Exclusive is a luxury holiday villa in the small town of Ladići, approximately 26 km from one of the most beautiful Istrian cities Rovinj. This beautiful autochthonous Istrian stone villa is ideal for all nature lovers, and for all those looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
Villa Nevia Exclusive is part of a complex that extends to 5,600 m2, and there are three other villas on the same property.
Sports facilities are available to guests, consisting of two tennis courts, a multipurpose playground that can also be used for basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, and a bowling alley. There is also a playground for children. Guests have the opportunity to pick their own vegetables directly from the garden and enrich their delicious meals with them.

Villa Nevia Exclusive with its own pool offers guests accommodation on two floors, fully air-conditioned. The capacity of the Villa is a maximum of 10 guests. It covers 372 m2. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a fireplace. The living room leads to a covered terrace with a lounge area, a fireplace for grilling and a dining table. In the second part of the villa there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a dining table for 10 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with ensuite shower/toilet bathrooms, and one separate toilet in the living area and a shower/toilet on the terrace.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms that include ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have their own balconies.
