'We checked in and I was dissatisfied with the room because of the traffic noise below our windows. Management upgraded us to an Executive room for no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was awesome plus it came with an egg and omelette station. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us, we definitely recommend staying here.'

We hadden een probleem met een van onze apparaten en ze zijn een toetsenbord en kabel uit hun kantoor verderop in de stad gaan halen! Ze denken met je mee, geven goede tips voor restaurants en uitstapjes, maar ze kunnen ook avondeten voor je regelen. Ze zijn 24 uur per dag bereikbaar voor hun gasten. Ontbijten op het terras is heerlijk. Er staan flesjes water in de koelkast op je hotelkamer en is voldoende plaats om je spullen...
