Mooie 1400 SQ FT. loft gelegen in het hart van het centrum van Kansas City, MO. Op loopafstand van Convention Center, Power & Light District, Bibliotheek, Sprint Center en alles wat de binnenstad te bieden heeft. Op loopafstand van gratis tram die u ook naar Union Station, Crown Center en River Market brengt.

Gebouw is geregistreerd bij de National Historic Registry en werd gereviseerd en herbouwd met historische details in tact gelaten. Nieuwe keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, nieuwe AC, wasmachine en droger in eenheid. Toegang tot volledige sportschool en dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op de binnenstad!

Slaapkamer heeft 1 kingsize bed, 2e slaapkamer heeft koningin en er is een slaapbank. Loft is gevuld met alle beddengoed, handdoeken, shampoo, zeep etc. Keuken is volledig gevuld met borden, potten, pannen, bestek, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en blender! Wij bieden Kansas City gebrande koffie!
Er is een wasmachine en droger in de unit.

Very Clean, Easy but loud

Building was clean and easy to access. No issues. Loft had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Came and went as we pleased. The only cons we had is the front bedroom had a horrible, loud noise all night that made sleeping difficult. It sounded like an ever running AC unit. Did not shut off once and was awful. If you sleep light, 100% do not recommend the "blue door" loft. The other con is parking. We used a parking garage a block away, uphill. It was 15/day. No street parking available. So that was a bummer.

Nice and Easy - Great Location

I was there for a conference, and it was just a short walk to the convention center. It was comfortable and clean and no hassle. Parking was easy. I would definitely rent again.

Spring break trip

My family stayed here for spring break week. Very nice space, lots of amenities.Great location, close to the free tram and could also walk to a lot of places.Not many units in the building so there wasn’t really any neighbor noisiness.Only issue was a humming noise in the 2nd bedroom (similar to a hovering helicopter, but not quite as loud). My kids couldn’t sleep in there with the noise so they slept on the 2 futon-style couches in the living room.

The top deck view was great!

The nighttime view from the master bedroom was fantastic! Cuddling with the wife and looking at the night lights of the city was beautiful. The view from the rooftop was also wonderful. Hanging out and looking over the city while chatting with friends was a good time.

Very nice and convenient place to stay

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend an event in Crown Center. It was convenient because it was a few blocks from the free trolley that took us a block away from our destination. Also there were a number of good restaurants nearby and near to the trolley. The loft was clean and comfortable except the smaller bedroom was less comfortable and a little noisy. I would stay there again if I am in need of a good place to stay in Kansas City

Great stay, very large space. Had a 9 month old with me, she enjoyed crawling the space. Small note: the sheets smelled heavily of detergent or fabric softener, which was overwhelming as someone who is sensitive to smells.

Great Condo in KC

If you are looking for a great condo in KC that is super cute and set up for lots of people to sleep, this is a spot for you! We booked it to stay near the TMobile arena for a concert. Host was great at communication. There was an issue with the condo we booked (the previous renter caused damage) and they made sure we were taken care of, moving us to a bigger one than we booked. We would absolutely stay again!

A fun little apartment

This was a fun little apartment right in the heart of downtown KC. There was lots of stuff around it. It was clean and spacious. Parking was a little bit of a challenge to find but that’s the only drawback.
