Sweet Home- Beneden

Gasten zullen zeker genieten van een onvergetelijke vakantie in dit volledig ingerichte, 2 slaapkamers / 1 bad op de eerste verdieping van een eengezinswoning. De eerste verdieping is gescheiden van de tweede verdieping met de eigen ingang. Elke slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een queensize bed, comfortabel voor 4 personen.  De woonkamer is ingericht met een bank en een tv. Internet is aanwezig. De keuken is perfect om te dineren omdat deze is uitgerust met kookgerei, een magnetron, een oven en een grill. 
 
Beide eenheden (eerste verdieping) en (tweede verdieping) hebben een slaapkamer, badkamer, woonkamer, keuken en een eigen ingang. Alleen unit (eerste verdieping) heeft een wasmachine en droger. Gebruik van wasmachine en droger door gasten in Unit (tweede verdieping) zal alleen plaatsvinden na akkoord met de huurder in Unit (Back).

Breng de dag door en geniet van nabijgelegen historische bezienswaardigheden zoals het Country Club Plaza met het thema van Sevilla of Union Station.

Je kunt de gasten boven horen rondlopen en de trap afkomen. Als dit goed met je is, huur me dan.

I wasn't going to write a review but I have not heard if I will receive a refund as I was told i would. There is a very large storage area attached to the advertised vrbo with lots of items in it, a basement. I am 96% sure there was a squatter in there. I was originally going to stay about 2 weeks. After a snake jumped out at me in the laundry room though a hole in the floor i still stayed until the next day when i left for a few hours and came back to the clock on the microwave and on the oven being set to correct time. I know this had not been done when i left. Felt like this kind of stuff was happening the whole time and this was too much! I stayed about 7 days. I feel like the storage area should have been locked off from the rest of apt. I have been going on vacay alone since i was 18. Never been scared like that and I am from this area originally.

The place was essentially as viewed; there were throws on all of the furniture. The outdoor sitting (front porch) was not clean enough for sitting and the home does smell like an old house. The property owner was very pleasant however, he appeared 1 day before our check date to clean the property. I rushed out to accommodate him. I just arrived home and believe that I forgot some important items.Overall I would say this is a good place to stay with a kind owner. However, be aware of communicating clearly. While I

COZY COTTAGE

This was a cozy warm older home that reminded you of going home to grandma for Christmas. It was very clean and warm and fully stocked with things you need and extra. We came up to KC for a baseball weekend. I picked this house because the location showed very near the stadium. It took us 7 minutes to get there, can't beat that! Very easy to get around to other places in the area. Enjoyed our stay and will add this house to places to stay while we are in town.

We have property on VRBO, so I am familiar with listing. I would not use a sweet smelling spray in that house. I opened windows to air it out. I would also take every single thing off of that front porch and power wash it and leave it that way. A couple of nice outdoor chairs would be fine but nothing else. Take the trash cans and put them in the back. These two things alone would make your place more appealing.

A great place to get away

The host is on top of all request you have of him. Very personable. This place is perfect for my husband and I. It is very centrally located to anywhere you would like to go in the greater Kansas City area. Very clean and comfortable. A great place to relax after a long day with the family at Christmas. Home away from home

It was perfectly located for my husband and I between my sister and his children. It was very comfortable cozy and affordable. We loved staying here so much that we booked it again for christmas. Had a nice stay. Very comfy bed. There is a second rental above the main house, if it's occupied you can hear them them from the kitchen. I look Guard to returning again in the future when I'm back in town.
