  • Prachtig, historisch huis gunstig gelegen aan Elms Boulevard, in het hart van Excelsior Springs. Winkelen, eten en uitgaan liggen op slechts een korte loopafstand van de voordeur van dit eeuwenoude huis in Queen Anne-stijl. Perfect voor een meisjesweekend, een familiebijeenkomst, een van de vele lokale evenementen bijwonen of gewoon uren doorbrengen met het verkennen van de stad. Onlangs gerenoveerde 5 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers huis is zeer ruim en geschikt voor 10 personen comfortabel. Vier van de slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping met een slaapkamer op de begane grond. Een grote woonkamer met een ontspannen sectionele geeft veel zitplaatsen om te binge kijken op onze grote Smart TV. In de open keuken vindt u alle benodigdheden die nodig zijn om een maaltijd te bereiden. Het huis is gevuld met prachtige accenten van weleer en de moderne voorzieningen van vandaag.

A great place to stay for a sisters trip!! Walking distance to enough places to keep you busy for at least 2 days! Very clean and beautiful old home. Front porch was awesome.

Lovely older house, with updates where you want them (kitchens and bathrooms). Great space for our girls weekend, nice that we could walk to The Elms and everything on the main street. Also really appreciated the AC situation, there is central but also individual wall units in the bedrooms to make sure sleeping is cool. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Amazing value, too.

Great weekend

The house was conveniently located where you could walk to the restaurants and shops downtown and to The Elm. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious. We had three couples so we each had our own bed and bath. The living room area is comfortable and spacious and was easy for us to sit around and visit. Nice modern updates to kitchen and some of the bathrooms. Everything in town is within easy walking distance. Easy and simple checkout process. We had a great time. We will definitely mention it to friends.

Friends Reunion

The home is absolutely beautiful! The beds and bedding were so comfy! It was a perfect location to stay and explore Excelsior Springs. And close enough to run into Kansas City too. Thanks Zedena! I highly recommend this home!

The Blvd

Neat historic house with a completely modern kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in the area. Made 2 additions in guests and host quickly took care of it both times. Thank you!

Girls getaway

Originally we were planning to stay in a single family home but due to a scheduling hick-up our host needed to move us to this property. It turned out great, the beds were comfy, the units were all clean, neighborhood was quiet. We all agree we’d stay here again

Great location! Cool historic house!

This house was very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely remodeled. The rest of the house is “original” which we loved. Perfect for girls trip because we each had our own bedrooms but also “visiting space” with comfortable sectional in living room.

Wonderful home!!

Our adult children stayed qith us in this home for a wedding we were in town for. The house was perfect for us! Great location, super clean, and THE MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in. I will for sure book this house again if we are ever back in the area!!

‘76 Reunion

4 couples reunited and reminisced about their high school and college days. The location was perfect; we enjoyed walking to the quaint shops and restaurants; watching college football across the street at Dubious Brewery. The house was perfect size and the large kitchen and living room were great for conversation. Would definitely stay again!.

Girls Trip

Wonderful stay at this beautiful historic house! The only downside was no laundry facilities on premise. Must go to laundromat close by. Location is excellent for visiting Elms Hotel and Spa and the historic district with the Hall of Waters and shops! Throw in a day at a winery and we had plenty to do for our little Girls Trip for 8 of us!

Perfect girls weekend!

This house is a hidden jewel. We rented it for a girls’ weekend. It was perfect! The space is so cozy and charming. We loved just exploring the space and see all of the details in this historic home. It’s been beautifully renovated and makes the perfect retreat! We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

Great place to stay for a girls weekend! Under the beds were a little dirty with old water bottles and a dirty towel found. Miscommunication about number of people staying almost doubled the price of the stay. Otherwise great location.

One of the very best!

We loved this house so much! Perfect for a girls weekend! There were only three of us but there was room for more! We enjoyed having a fullkitchen and lots of bathroom space for each one of us! Had a great time shopping downtown but spent a lot of time at the house talking and watching movies. Highly recommend this lovely, extremely clean home!

Beautiful property & amenities

This home is beautiful and spacious. The updates to the interior of the home paired with the beautiful original hardwoods made our stay wonderful. The owner was very accommodating and communicated the directions very clearly. The location of the home is amazing - close to the Elms and to downtown main street. I will definitely book this home again when we come back to Excelsior Springs.
