Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Located in great neighborhood with young professionals ans families. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City and the surrounding areas whether you're in town for business or pleasure.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is very walkable and walking distance to the best KC eats, drinks, shopping and attraction. Bird scooters are fun and easily available. Uber and Lyft are also some of your best option.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!



-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.



-Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.



There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you.



NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
