The loft is located on the second floor of a secure building in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District—just steps from local dining, nightlife, art galleries, and major downtown venues.



Access is through the rear of the building with a personalized code provided on your arrival day. Please note: this building does not have an elevator—access is via stairs only.

Guests will have full access to the entire loft. Guests will enter utilizing code for the keypad on the back door of the building and the front door to the loft.

Home to dozens of art galleries, design studios, local boutiques, and one-of-a-kind shops, it’s widely known as the cultural heart of the city.



At the center of it all is First Fridays, a beloved monthly event where the streets come alive with pop-up art shows, live music, street performers, and food trucks, drawing crowds from across the city. But even between events, there’s always something to discover—from locally roasted coffee and farm-to-table dining, to craft cocktail lounges and chef-driven restaurants.



You’ll be just a short walk from major KC landmarks including the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Union Station, and the lively Power & Light District. Getting Around:

You have access to one reserved parking spot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!



Other Things to Note:

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. This unit has one designated space.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.



Interaction with Guests:

Host will not be on site during the stay but can easily be reached via email.
