'We came for a softball tournament and checking in was super pleasant, even with them training someone new behind the desk. Breakfast was quick and tasty, the pool was nice (although I had to assist a yellow jacket out that couldn’t figure out how to get out of the doors the had cracked), and it was felt safe. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors are fairly noisy and the person next to us was shutting it loudly all night long. Overall, would stay there again. '

'The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe. '
