Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condominium and all resort amenities during their stay. Enjoy full use of the two-bedroom, three-bath luxury condo, including the gourmet kitchen, private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.


As our guest, you’ll also have access to Waipouli Beach Resort’s award-winning amenities, including the spectacular lazy river pool, waterslides, waterfalls, multiple hot tubs, fitness center, beautifully landscaped grounds, and direct beach access.


Unit C102 is conveniently located on the ground floor, offering easy access with no stairs or elevators required. Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests.


The condo is self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and start enjoying your Kauai vacation right away.

This rental is a ground-floor unit

No pets are allowed on the property.

This is a non-smoking unit. Designated smoking areas are 20 feet outside of the building.

HOA requires guests to be 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
House rules:

No late checkouts unless approved by Kauai Seaside Properties.
No smoking in the house or on Lanai. The designated smoking area is 20ft from the entrance of the building.
The home sleeps up to 6.
There is no maid service in this unit. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact Kauai Seaside Properties.

Absolutely no shoes in the unit. May we kindly ask that you remove your footwear when entering the condo.

Please wash off all sand, dirt, and sunscreen before sitting on furniture and before getting into the beds.

Checkout instructions:

Check-out time is 10 am.
Please take out all kitchen trash and throw it into the dumpster.
Turn off all fans, lights, and air conditioners.
Lock up.

Pool:

No lifeguard on duty.
Supervision is needed for all underage guests.
Please make sure the pool gate is closed when leaving the area.
