*NEW* Ocean-View Kapaa Studio Near the Beach and Pool

Summary:

Climb to the second floor, step out to ocean views, and let the sound and sight of the water set a gentler pace for your Kauai stay. This studio sleeps two at Islander on the Beach, with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and easy access to the resort pool and hot tub. The beach is a short walk away, and Coconut Marketplace is nearby for a casual meal, a coffee, or a few things for the room. Spend a morning on the Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path, then head to Wailua River for kayaking or inland toward Opaekaa Falls. Please note that there is no elevator to this second-floor unit. The studio also does not have a washer or dryer; towel exchanges are provided Monday and Thursday. It is a comfortable, view-led spot for a couple that values a central East Side location and does not mind the stairs.



The Space:

This second-floor studio sleeps two and looks toward the ocean, with air conditioning, a full bath, and a kitchenette for simple meals. The compact living and sleeping area is designed for easy downtime between beach walks and island drives. Please note that the building has no elevator, so this unit is reached by stairs. The pool and hot tub are close on the resort grounds.



Guest Access:

Guests at Islander on the Beach can enjoy shared resort amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and direct beach access, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax between beach outings. The unit features air conditioning, outdoor seating, a private entrance, and a convenient single-level layout. A designated accessible parking spot is also available.



The Neighborhood:

This Kapaa location gives you a convenient window into Kauai's East Side. Coconut Marketplace is nearby for coffee, food, shopping, and groceries, while the Ke Ala Hele Makalae path is close for an oceanfront walk or bike ride. Wailua River is a short drive for kayaking, and Opaekaa Falls offers a quick green escape inland. Kapaa town has local restaurants and small shops worth exploring. From here, you can easily head north toward Hanalei or south to Lihue, then return to a quieter shoreline setting.



Getting Around:

Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.



Other Things to Note:

• This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
