Step through the front door and into a bright, open living space dressed in warm luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, recessed lighting, and an unobstructed sightline straight to the Pacific. The entire unit is air-conditioned — wall A/C units in both the living room and bedroom keep things cool and comfortable no matter the season. The 100 sq. ft. lanai delivers the full trifecta — ocean, beach, and mountains — all from the same view. Morning coffee, evening sunsets, or just the sound of the waves whenever you need it.

The kitchen has been fully reimagined with dark gray shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and brand-new appliances. Nothing was left untouched: every surface, fixture, and finish was chosen to deliver a resort-quality experience at this scale.

The living room is built for comfort — a 75` TV, a queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a full-stand, full-recline power lift recliner that makes settling in (and getting out) effortless.

Location is central Kauai at its best: 15 minutes from Wailua Falls, 30 minutes to Hanalei, easy access to the Coconut Coast and all the snorkeling, hiking, and dining the island has to offer.

·The shower is a zero-threshold walk-in, not a full roll-in
·Building entrance has one stair, unit entrance has three — portable ramps provided for both
·Not recommended for unassisted, wheelchair-confined guests
·Wailua Beach access is tough for the mobility challenged — Lydgate Beach (5 min) is the better swim spot

Guests have private access their unit. They also have access to the pool area and grass area in front of the unit.

Free parking for guests; you must register at the front lobby. Gated pool area with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and BBQ area.

Upon checking in, stop at the front lobby to register you and your vehicle for security reasons. If no one is in the office upon arrival, fill out the provided card and drop it in the drop box. The Wailua Bay View office staff will drop your parking card off at your unit.
The disabled parking spot is on request. Guests can ask for a movable sign that the resident manager can provide them to make an existing spot into a disabled spot.
