Met volledige keuken, eetkamer, woonkamer, twee grote slaapkamers, twee grote badkamers, wasmachine / droger, privéterras, zwembad, bubbelbad, spa, tennis, fitnessruimte, volleybal, BBQ-grills, gratis WiFi, 3 mijl fietspad langs oceaan, GRATIS parkeren, enz. enz.

Dit geweldige tuin-zeezicht, 1200 vierkante voet, begane grond, twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers appartement ligt op wat velen beschouwen als 'het mooiste familiestrand op Kauai'. E109 in E-gebouw. Op een steenworp afstand van het zwembad en het strand, biedt dit condominium de beste locatie voor eilandplezier. GROTERE GROEP ?? HUUR ALLE 3 !!!

Geen trappen te beklimmen, verlaat gewoon de Lanai naar het strand of slenter door de prachtig aangelegde tuinen met tuinen naar het zwembad, tennisbanen, croquetbaan, barbecue- / picknickplaatsen, volleybal, fitnesscentrum en shuffleboard. Maak een korte wandeling door de historische stad Kapaa voor geweldige eilandwinkels, eten en recreatie.

Dit appartement slaapt comfortabel zes personen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en een flatscreen-tv. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de woonkamer heeft twee grote (dubbele) futons plus een flatscreen-tv, dvd en stereosysteem. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met borden, pannen, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en magnetron met een comfortabele eetkamer. De eigenaar heeft onlangs de Condo opgewaardeerd met prachtige nieuwe kasten en werkbladen. Pack N Play en en assortiment strandspeelgoed worden ook geleverd.

DEZE CONDO HEEFT ZIJN EIGEN WASMACHINE / DROGER !!! Lanai op de begane grond maakt gemakkelijk komen en gaan en het entertainmentcentrum biedt kabel-tv, dvd en een stereo-installatie. Basic internettoegang in het appartement is gratis voor e-mails. Voor robuuster internetgebruik (grote bestanden) kunt u de gratis service upgraden tegen een dagelijkse of wekelijkse prijs. The condo staff does not cooperate with units that are not owned by them. We had to call the property owner to get into our VRBO rented condo. The condo staff denied any knowledge of code to get into our rental. Luckily the owner answer his phone, otherwise we would have been left standing in the lobby for hours/days !!!!!!

WiFi not working - VRBO router information was incorrect. Cable TV was intermittent - reprogrammed to correct router. Guest bath shower head has very weak water pressure compared to master bath - need to replace or repair clogged shower head. Who is Property Manager?

This property was just ok, everything a little old. The location was fantastic, close to down town Kapaa. Walking trail right outside the door. Good for island exploration and close to the airport. Just remember the traffic is tough, use an audio book or great tunes. IT’s Hawaii relax, it all good.

Beautifully landscaped grounds and a great location made this property ideal for us. The pool, all the sports activities available on the grounds and the games provided in the condo made this the perfect place for our 8 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix most of our meals. We enjoyed the large size of each of the rooms in this condo and really appreciated the air conditioning and the full sized washer and dryer. We would stay here every year if we could financially do so.

Great location. Nice size. 1 day they repaired siding on out unit and there was hammering for 4 hours. Also upstairs guests were very loud w little kids jumping. Pool and amenities were great. Kitchen well stocked. Great pool and beach supplies for use.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Bryan's property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. Every room was equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment throughout our visit. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the range of amenities available. The swimming pool was a fantastic spot to relax and cool off, while the table tennis and mini golf provided endless entertainment for the family. We were also thrilled with the direct access to the beach, which was a wonderful bonus. The convenience of being just steps away from the shore allowed us to enjoy spontaneous beach outings and breathtaking ocean views. Our mornings were particularly special, thanks to the charming patio area. We loved starting our days with breakfast outside, soaking in the serene surroundings and fresh air. It was a perfect setting to unwind and savor our meals. Overall, Bryan's attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning in the future.

The property was clean, the pool and hot tub were great additions after a long day, and the location was ideal for kicking around the island. Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. There were beach items we could use, and that was a great bonus as well. Loved this property.

This condo was and looked just like listing described. Unfortunately the washer was broken but there was washer on site to use ( quarters required) but the dryer was working fine. The beds are not very comfortable the futon in living room was the most comfortable bed. Bring extra towels there is not enough. I did bring extra and washed a load while we were at the property. You walk right out the patio door and a couple 100 feet and the ocean is there. There is plenty to door near the condo in walking distance food, shopping and bike rentals which was super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is comfortable, clean and is within a few steps to the ocean! It has been stocked with pretty much everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the price is totally reasonable! It's located in Kapa'a within walking distance of many shops and places to eat. The resort has an amazing list of activities; pool, hot tub, exercise room, outdoor bbq grills to use, games including outdoor chess, tennis, croquet, putting green, and more, along with beautiful landscape, koi pond and waterfall......and of course, the chickens!! The host, Bryan, is easy to work with and keeps you informed of any important details. Thanks again, Bryan!

Very well-maintained and equipped for a fun and relaxing vacation for all ages. It has every amenity we need. One minor exception is that we could not connect the TV in the master bedroom. However, the one in the living room worked well. We appreciate the beautiful welcome gifts, too. Future guests will be very comfortable in this unit. Mahalo from the Feltner family!

The condo is in an ideal location. It accommodated our large group. The however is that it jacked some basics like enough towels and towels for the pool. It did have good each gear - chairs, umbrella etc.

Location of this condo is FANTASTIC. The layout of this condo is great for a family. Basic supplies were not adequate for our family. WE are a Family of 5 with 3 teenagers (19-14) (which the owner knew as we needed to specify it when booking) but there was not enough bath towels for us to have a shower. Luckily we were able to launder them with the in house machines, but definitely not enough for us. Also, there were not any tea-towel or wash clothes in the kitchen for us to hand wash dishes. We ended up using ALOT of paper towels, which was a complete waste of money. The a/c units in the living room and bedroom did NOT work at all. We are not a family that would complain about these sort of things, and we just lived with it for the week that we booked. I wasn't going to post this negative review as I did message the condo owner and let him know our concerns over a week ago, and I have received no email back from him. I would stay at Pono Kai again, but I really would think about renting this unit again.
