U zult genieten van de locatie van onze kust appartement # 104. Napili Bay Condominiums ligt direct aan de beroemde Napili Bay Beach! Zoals u zult zien van de foto's hebben we een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en het strand.

We hebben een queensize bed en ook een bed op wieltjes met twee aparte matrassen, zodat we maximaal 4 personen comfortabel kunnen herbergen. Onze flatscreen-tv heeft een ingebouwde dvd-speler, je vindt er ook een iPod-doc en cd-speler en GRATIS INTERNETDIENST VOOR HOGE SNELHEID WIFI. Op onze Lanai houden we een paar strandstoelen om te gebruiken wanneer u maar wilt.

We hebben alle standaard voorzieningen die men in een vakantiewoning zou verwachten voorzien en dan een beetje meer om onze passie voor koken tegemoet te komen. Onze op het eiland in licentie management bedrijf MAUI BEACHFRONT VERHUUR is het onderhoud van onze gasten voor meer dan 20 jaar. We doen er alles aan om te weten dat ons eigendom wordt beheerd door een team van professionals die onze gasten volledige service bieden tijdens hun gehele verblijf. Tot de diensten die voor u beschikbaar zijn, behoren autoverhuur, kortingsvluchten met Hawaiian Airlines, conciërgediensten voor alle activiteiten op het eiland, hulp bij eventuele kinderopvangbehoeften of hulp bij woonbehoeften, daarnaast bieden ze een geavanceerde bezorgdienst voor boodschappen aan.

Op woning vindt u een muntautomaat wasserette in aanvulling op een zeer charmante picknick barbecue dat gas grills en picknicktafels om buiten te eten is te vinden. Er is geen zwembad hier, maar je moet een van de beste stranden van Maui direct bij uw voordeur. Kapalua Resort ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand met twee golfbanen en 23 lite tennisbanen. Niet te vergeten kunt u een van de drie extra witte zandstranden bezoeken langs de weg. Het is een heerlijke wandeling langs het strand naar de Seahouse Restaurants gunstig gelegen direct aan het noordelijke uiteinde van Napili Bay Beach. Mis het niet!

Wonderful Ocean front Condo

2nd stay at these Condos. This one was Ocean facing and newly remodeled. My only ask would be an Air conditioner to cool down while sleeping. Enjoyed the view and closeness to the beach

Great spot right on Napili Bay!

Wonderful studio right on the beach in Napili Bay. Clean, remodeled. Could use some hooks both in the bathroom and on the lanai to help with drying towels and beach clothing, but overall a great spot with great ammenities!

BEST on ocean rental on maui

Absolutely perfect, 10 feet from the beach. Comfortable and everything you could need to stay (except mask/snorkel, I get it tho). The cool ocean breeze blowing through the apartment was amazing. Waves were the constant background noise. Turtles swimming casually next to you. Remember people, this IS a public beach so it can get a bit noisy during the day from crowds but not a deterrent to stay f there

Can't beat the location

This Napili Bay unit has been remodeled beautifully. If you are familiar with these units you know the location is awesome. We've been coming for years. Just a couple of comments: The floors are tile and when we checked in, appeared clean. However, after about an hour of walking barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. The unit had a broom but no mop. I brought the questionable floor cleanliness up to the property managers. Their cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The write up on the unit stated beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. We found 1 beach chair and 1 umbrella. The prop mgrs did provide another chair and I see that the description no longer indicates any beach equipment. INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING The addition of some towel hooks would be nice.

Spectacular location modern updated unit

We loved our stay at Napili Bay as the location is spectacular. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean and enjoy ocean breezes all day and night. Walking distance to Kapalua Bay for snorkeling. We took advantage of the Sea House restaurant as it is a 4 min walk. The unit is fabulously redone. We pick location over privacy & A/C as the experience and convenience is first rate. We would stay here in a heartbeat again!

Great spot, outdated unit.

Great location on the beach but this unit is very outdated and the price does is high. All of the other units I went into were very nicely appointed with granite counter tops and nice furniture. My stove did not work properly, the beach umbrella and chairs were broken and when I called Maui Beachfront Rentals I was told that’s the way it is as these items are not included. Really? For the amount of money you are paying for a week and You can’t get an umbrella and a beach chair that isn’t torn? The only reason I rated it 3 stars was because of the location. Otherwise it would have been one star. This place is not worth the price.

Perfect location!

Napili Bay Resort is our favorite place on Maui! Right on the beach, this condo is the perfect location. We snorkeled every day - just steps from Napili Bay or a little longer walk to Kapalua Bay or the other direction to turtle cove. The condo itself is nice but could stand some updates. But it was clean, snowy white towels, nice beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, noodles, and a floaty thing. Everything you need to enjoy the water. The bed was comfortable and there was a trundle bed. We’ll definitely be back to Napili Bay Resort!

Romm not clean.

Very foul odor in room, coming from kitchen sink. I had to put my hand all the way down into garbage disposer and clean it out using dish soap and paper towels. Pulled up large am't black mold and rotting garbage. Floors were dirty. Room needs updating: old tile floor, plastic counter top, broken louver on window, antique stove with missing burner plate under heating element, old refrigerator with warning to not change temp or compressor would fail. We feel we paid too much because of the poor condition of the unit.

Beautiful Napili

We love Napili Bay and have stayed in various places there over the years. Unit 104 has a fantastic view of the bay as it is beachfront. Access is through a gate just a few yards down. The unit itself is a bit dated and in need of some updating.

One big issue

Unit was clean. Could use alot of updating. Shower curtain was worn. The biggest issue was there was no air condition in the unit. I didn't think this would be a problem being that the unit is right on the beach but the room was so hot. The ceiling fan and the floor fan didn't do us any good. You can't open the balcony for more air because you will get all kinds of visitors coming in. This was our biggest issue. The heat made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was ok.

Pros: Right on the beach. You could hear the waves at night which put you sleep. On Napili Beach which is a wonderful location. Cons: In serious need of updating. Clean and everything works but is very dated.

Any closer to the beach and you're in the water!

A small, compact unit; 70's 'Island Chic'. A bit tatty around the edges, but very comfortable and clean. Unit is right on the beach, beautiful view of Molokai across the channel. Adequate free parking (you will appreciate what a luxury this is on Maui). Great for breakfast on the lanai and whale watching. Napili Bay is a very easy, and very good snorkeling area. Turtles and fish along the rocks to the left (surf permitting) and smooth sheltered water along the rocks to the right (plenty fish). Water is a 5 minute walk from the door, with a fresh water outdoor shower on the way. Short drive to the many excellent restaurants in the Kaanapali/Lahaina area (Duke's Beach House in Kaanapali and Aloha Mixed Plate in north Lahaina are recommended). Coin op laundry and BBQ facility on the property.
