Non-Smoking Home: To maintain a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, please do not smoke inside the apartment. Feel free to smoke outdoors in designated areas.

Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful community and kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so everyone can get a good night’s sleep.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified at the time of booking. For additional visitors, we appreciate prior notice.

Eco-Friendly: We place a high value on environmental protection. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you’re running late.

Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or something breaks accidentally, please let us know—we understand that small mishaps can happen.
