Amazing Oceanview at Beach Villas at Ko Olina

Op zoek om te genieten van uw vakantie en persoonlijk contact met de prachtige stranden van Hawaï en de oceaan up? Deze oceanfront villa is het een voor jou! U zult onder de indruk van het spectaculaire onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan. Het is een van de weinige villa's die is gelegen in het resort, zodat de zee en het strand ligt recht tegenover je bijna alsof je kunt aanraken!

Deze luxe villa is gelegen in het Beach Tower (het dichtst toren naar de oceaan en strand) op de 8e verdieping in de stapel naast de eindkap oceaan villa's. De villa ligt ten noordwesten, en op bepaalde tijden van het jaar kunt u genieten van de zonsondergang vanaf de Lanai (einde van de winter tot de zomer) .Het is professioneel ingericht en gemeubileerd. De ruime Lanai is toegankelijk via niet alleen de woonkamer, maar ook de master bedroom. De glazen deuren waardoor de woonkamer om een ​​deel van de Lanai geworden. De ruime villa is 1171 vierkante voet met een 251 vierkante voet Lanai, en heeft een kingsize en twee aparte extra lange bedden (mogelijkheid om samen te combineren). Fantastic family New Year's stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. The spacious, clean rooms featured great fixtures, everything we needed in perfect working order, and wonderful views that made the holiday special.Kids loved the pool, though one spa was out of service. We enjoyed easy walks to adjacent beaches for excellent snorkeling right from shore.The walk to restaurants felt a bit long, so we grabbed quick Uber rides for dinners nearby, or driving to Kapolei. Overall, a relaxing spot—we'd book again for Oahu family trips.

Our host was very welcoming and even provided a shower chair for my aged mother. This unit, BT808, is such a fantastic location! We loved being so close to the beach and the view from the lanai. It was amazing!We also loved how friendly the staff were every time we walked through the lobby. The gym was fantastic, and the pool with the sand on the bottom was perfect for our young grandsons. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. We previously stayed in 2021. Again the property did not disappoint! Great location, great views, and a well appointed unit. The mattresses on the beds were new according to the property manager, they’d just been delivered the week before we arrived. They were very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. I will echo my sentiment from my last stay that the chairs on the lanai are not very comfortable. They are not the chairs that you see in the pictures on the listing. They are hard plastic Adirondack type chairs that are difficult to move towards and away from the table on the tile floor. My elderly parents had an especially hard time with them and almost fell at one point trying to move the chair to get up from the table. Also, beware of the washing machine. The drum has an opening between it and the seal and small items can work their way in that opening and be lost forever trapped inside the mechanism of the machine. This happened with one of my reusable makeup eraser clothes. If you’re going to wash smaller items bring a larger delicates washing bag with you to protect against losing any items. This unit has the best allotted parking spot in the garage in my opinion. It’s directly next to the elevator and is an extra wide spot. You can easily park a larger vehicle like an expedition or a wagoneer there where you would have difficulty in any of the other spots in the garage. We love staying here! Mahalo!

A slice of paradise

Gorgeous! This was the second time we stayed at the Beach Villas. We could tell by the listing that this unit was on the side that would get the best views of the sunsets- and they did not disappoint! We stayed 12 days- and I think I watched the sunset every evening! Just gorgeous! The pool and lagoon were also a huge with with our 9 and 12 kids. The place was well stocked and comfortable. We kept the doors to the lanai open when we were “home”- I had to pinch myself at the view! The unit was quiet and had great views. When we needed anything or had questions, the owners were quite responsive. We would 100% stay here again.

Best View Ever

This condo is incredible and the Beach Villas property is peaceful and perfect! No crowds, no noise, just pure paradise. I’m leaving four stars instead of five because the guest bedroom mattresses (2 twins combined to make a king) are worn and it felt like sleeping in a hammock. I ended up sharing the fold out sofa bed with my daughter (very comfy for a sofa bed). But waking up to the views never got old! We stayed a week and would definitely come back!

Can’t beat the view

This condo is very comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation. The pictures in the listing are fair and accurate. There was a problem with the dryer when we arrived and housekeeping was there at 4:00 when we arrived. Our escort said he would put in the work order right away. It was fixed the following day. I had to text management (Shane) to learn how the bathtub drain worked as it was not obvious. It still didn’t hold water without a slow drain but I didn’t want to spend my vacation chasing work orders.If you’re crazy enough to cook on vacation, the kitchen is well appointed. Be aware though that the radiant glass cooktop takes a long time to “preheat”. A grilled cheese sandwich took a half an hour to get toasty.The setting is beautiful. The pools, the lagoons, the whole property is a lovely way to spend some time on Oahu.

This is our second time staying at the Ko Olina Villa's and we will definitely be back for a third. As parents with a one year old, five year old, and eight year old, this area and villa were perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable and kids felt right at home! :)

We loved the view! Beautifully decorated, we spent most of the time on the balcony having coffee & cocktails. Great location to walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Conveniently located to drive to Pearl Harbor and North Shore. We would definitely choose this until to stay again.
