De locatie plaatst je pal naast het zwembad en de prachtige Ko Olina-stranden en lagunes. Het uitzicht op de oceaan is geweldig en mooi. Deze plattegrond is een van de beste met open en ruime woon / eetkamer / keuken in het midden, de slaapkamer is gescheiden van de andere slaapkamer, en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen ligbad. Excellent

We’ve stayed at this property before in a different unit. Both times had an amazing stay, but the location of this particular unit gave us a stunning ocean view. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Ideal location. The lagoons are excellent for snorkeling and the unit had all snorkeling equipment provided. Room is as advertised…very nice! If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the lanai furniture.

Ko Olina Fantastic Beach Villa Vacation

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 8 nights in March of 2025. This is our second time in the Ko Olina area but our first time at the Beach Villas. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. The lanai and the view of the ocean was great. Everyone loved the pools and the beach area. Finally, also great to have the owners provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and other beach amenities to use. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Everything was good except the furniture and rugs need to be updated. Trey are stained and have a permanent dirt look. The place needs a good dusting and cleaning of walls.

Great unit!

This is our 4th time staying at the Beach Villas and this is the best unit we have stayed in! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Tupperware, salt/pepper/evoo and the beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, wagon) is in great shape. This was our first time staying in the beach tower and the only thing we had to get used to was the noise from the main pool. It really wasn’t bad (didn’t keep us up) but you can hear other guests enjoying the amenities until 9pm when the pool closes. The other thing is that the second bedroom does not have shutters on the window so it doesn’t get dark during the day (potential concern if you still have babies who nap). Overall, great place, would stay here again!

True Paradise!

We just returned from a weeklong stay with our 3 kids and cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the entire resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids especially loved all the beach toys! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and it added to our enjoyment that we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai so they could have fun with friends while we have our toddler a break. The pictures don’t do it justice and we hope to return next year!

Best vacation ever!

The VRBO listing was very accurate. This unit was completely stocked with everything you could need. Ko’Olina Beach Villas are located on the Leeward coast of Oahu. It’s quiet, uncrowded beaches, but close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and people were patient. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Lovely stay in Koolina

The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as the tables/tv stand were a bit caked in dust as if they hadnt been well cleaned in a while. The pans in the kitchen were in very poor condition with teflon flaking off, so are due for replacement to maintain food safety. Also the cooking utensils were melted at the tips, also due for replacement. Overall a great stay. Would definately come back! Thank you!

Clean luxury stay

To start our check In process was very easy and we felt like royalty. We had someone wait for us (we arrived at 11pm) unload our luggage, take it to our room and then show us around our room. Shane was super cool. The room itself is very nice. Location is super close to pool with a great view of everything. The bar at the pool has really good drinks but lacks food. There are hotdogs and some frozen items. So don’t count on that for lunch or meals. You can easily walk to the Marriot or Aulani. Also DoorDash has a ton of options and was super easy. We DoorDashed boba tea and had Safeway deliver our grocery’s. If you need a sweet treat just walk the path to aulani and they have a stand right on the path with ice cream, dole whip, boba and some other treats. The resort itself was super clean and not crowded. If you want a place with not very many people and super relaxing this is your place! Also the gym here is super great even with a sauna and steam room.

The condo was not as clean as we expected and the dryer was horrible

The dressers, night stands, tables, TV stands and coffee tables all hard glass on top of the furniture. The cleaning staff have obviously not cleaned it in a very long time and the dust accumulated! There were areas where you could see hand and feet marks in the dust under the glass. It was gross. The dryer took SO long to dry things that it was nearly impossible to clean and dry your clothing. The washer was tiny, so you could not put much in it and the dryer took 3-4 HOURS to dry a load of clothes, towels, etc. That's ridiculous. Who wants to have to keep turning the dryer on every 40 minutes because it took HOURS to dry clothes?!?! It was not efficient at all. One of the beach chairs is so old that my mother was literally sitting in the sand when she sat down in it. The fabric was fraying and just kept tearing a little more any time someone sat in it. My daughter and I only weigh 118 -120 lbs, so it wasn't that we were too heavy to be in the chair. The tub shower had a netting stopper which was filled with hair and other crap, so the shower wouldn't drain when we first tried to use it. It was obviously not cleaned. When we tried to use the garbage disposal, we noticed that water leaked under the sink. You will need a plumber to fix it.

Perfect!

This property was perfect! Very spacious, well appointed, updated, and clean. The kitchen with stocked with everything you could possibly need. The closets had all sorts of extras for the beach, babies, and young children. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you would expect at a hotel and more. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would book again. Highlight was the big dining table on the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfasts.
