Prachtige 3 BR Villa w / 3e flr uitzicht op Ocean & Resort ~ Lovely Inside & Out

Aloha,
Ga met ons mee naar de Beach Villas op Ko Olina in het fantastische Ko Olina Resort en Marina. We zijn 22 kilometer ten noorden van de luchthaven HNL gevestigd en Ko Olina is een beetje stiller dan de locatie Waikiki / Honolulu. Ko Olina Resort en Marina is gelegen op 600 hectare en omvat 4 lagunes aan de oceaan waar de resorts zich bevinden, een golfbaan, een jachthaven en woonwijken. We zijn een geweldige plek om te ontspannen en als je Ko Olina probeert, ben je misschien terug. Onze buren zijn het Four Seasons Resort, Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa en de Marriott Beach Club (time share).

Deze villa is 1500 vierkante voet en heeft 3 grote slaapkamers en 2 1/2 baden. Gelegen op de 3e verdieping met uitzicht op de oceaan, omdat het uitkijkt over het terrein en de zwembaden van de Beach Villas, zult u genieten van het uitzicht. Mijn vrouw en ik wonen in het Ko Olina Resort en zullen u helpen met uw aankomstarrangementen en speciale verzoeken.

Het resort heeft nogal wat winkels in het commerciële centrum, evenals winkels en restaurants op de andere bestemmingen. Het commerciële centrum heeft ook restaurants, winkels en we hebben nu zelfs onze eigen ABC-winkel met een leuke broodjeszaak die allemaal op loopafstand ligt. ~ Kapolei's zakenwijk ligt op 3,2 km afstand met supermarkten, Costco, theaters en winkelcentra met veel restaurants.

De Beach Villas zijn een luxe resort, met individueel particulier eigendom van 247 appartementen met een optie voor resortzonering. Hoewel ons terrein privé is voor eigenaren en geregistreerde gasten, zijn de andere resort-accommodaties open voor winkelen, restaurants en browsen. We hebben 2 zwembaden (een met een kinderbad met zandbodem), 3 jacuzzi's rondom de zwembaden, een leuke strandbar cabana met dagelijkse service en een geweldig fitnesscentrum dat beschikbaar is voor onze gasten. De koivijvers en tuinen zijn een mooie wandeling tussen de zwembaden.

Disclaimer
De lap pool kan worden gesloten van 1 oktober tot en met mogelijk december 2019 voor onderhoud. We verontschuldigen ons voor enig ongemak. Het lagunebad en het fitnesscentrum blijven echter onaangetast tijdens het proces. Voor specifieke informatie met betrekking tot de sluiting kunt u ons een bericht sturen of bellen. Mahalo voor uw begrip.

Ko Olina is een actieve markt geweest en zal de komende jaren een verdere ontwikkeling doormaken. Hoewel specifieke datums nog moeten worden vrijgegeven, houd er rekening mee dat tussen nu en 2023 aangrenzende locaties aan de Ko Olina Beach Villas een belangrijke ontwikkeling en constructie kunnen ondergaan. Er is het potentieel voor de bouw van nieuwe hotels op de twee percelen grond direct grenzend aan de Ko Olina Beach Villas. Traditioneel lopen de bouwtijden van M-F van 07.30 uur tot 17.00 uur. De toegang tot de lagunes van Ko Olina moet echter onaangetast blijven. Neem gerust contact op met ons kantoor voor bouwupdates. Mahalo ~

We wanted a condo where we had good access to pools and the beach. We had plenty of space, and bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. All the amenities were first rate.

This was a great vacation. The place included snorkel gear, a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler which all came in very handy! The entire place was beautiful.

The property was perfect and great. Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems. The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better. I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

ESCAPING FROM THE SNOW OF MINNESOTA, KO OLINA, OAHU WAS PERFECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR 6 ADULTS AND A 3 1/2 YEAR OLD. LOVED BOTH POOLS AND THE LAGOON BEACH. THE CONDO MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND THE ON-SITE STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY, SMALL COMPLAINT, WAS THE OVEN AND STOVE TOP TOOK FOREVER TO HEAT UP TO COOK. MINOR COM PLAINT AND WE ADJUSTED. THANKS FOR A GREAT PROPERTY.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum…Strand ( Lagune) und Poollandschaft sind Top…Check in rund um die Uhr und unkompliziert…Angestellte sind stets freundlich…die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, man ist vom Massentourismus weit weg und kann in aller ruhe entspannen…Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto zuerreichen… Zum Abschluss eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit Top Lage…

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo villa for six days in September 2022. The place itself is heaven, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. The location of the condo villa is perfect and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in Kapolei that I have been meaning provide some feedback. Overall, the condo villa was gorgeous - true to its description. Our holiday was made more special and memorable because my family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Koolina before but this is our first time at the Beach Villas. We loved it as the lagoon closest to it is the quietest among the 4. The condo is amazing and has enough room for 7 of us. We will gladly stay here again

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach which is just steps away is phenomenal. It’s not crowded at all and the lagoon keeps out the choppy waves. We love that one of the pools was quite warm so that our kids always wanted to swim there. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Our kids had lots of space to play and take bubble baths. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were so accommodating in providing us with a pak n play, stroller and high chair for our baby. Would definitely come back again.

This condo was exceptional and the complex was better than a resort. We had 8 in our party and we had a lot of space. Great accommodations and wow amazing views of a beautiful and quiet pool and the ocean. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner or a drink. We went to several beaches on the island and felt that the lagoon here was the best beach for kids and snorkeling was good too. Visited the shops and restaurants nearby, loved walking the pathway along the ocean and other resorts and recommend the turtles at paradise cove. This place succeed our expectations. Will book again.

Checking into the property was super easy. It was in a perfect spot to view both the ocean and the garden area. The room itself was beautiful and really worked with my family. We had 6 people in total and it was spacious for everybody to stay there comfortably. We knew all of our information before getting there which made us feel confident in what we were supposed to do and go.

Everything about our experience was great! Property was gorgeous and well kept. The condo itself was awesome and so spacious. It had everything we needed, even beach toys, snorkel gear and chairs! 10/10 recommend. And will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Let me say that our family travels frequently so we can be hard to impress. This condo and location were excellent especially when compared to how busy other locations and properties were. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is located on the quiet pool. I thought that was a joke at first since all pools are noisy. Nope, not a joke. There is a quiet pool and a loud pool for loud kids and the property enforces the rules. We also loved the grills that were available on site. More than once we got fresh fish at Costco and grilled it for dinner. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of snorkel equipment, a rolling cooler, 2 boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, a small beach bag and 5 beach chairs. Love, love love the ability to use those. Management was very responsive when we requested additional blankets and toiletries. I do have one area of improvement. The condo needs wifi extenders for the bedrooms because there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms which was incredibly frustrating. When you wake up at 3:00 am due to time change and you can’t go out to the kitchen because someone is sleeping on the hide-a-bed (which was also surprisingly comfortable), you can’t use your phone to access Apple news or stream your favorite TV show. It also means that at the end of a fun but exhausting day your teens can’t access their social media or stream their favorite Hulu show while laying in bed. I know that may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are with a group of people and you just need some space, not being able to access wifi from the bedrooms was an annoyance. Other than that, this property was wonderful and I would return here and recommend my friends and family come here as well.

We absolutely loved out stay in this condo. Michael met us at check in, walked us around, explained how everything worked (shades, multi microwave, 2 air units), where everything was. Unit exactly as shown, very clean. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 sons, one girlfriend and Mother In Law. The property is beautiful and short walk thru to the lagoons. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Will be back! Tip - plan your luau's, tours, etc in advance. Everything is booked! We were so busy worrying above covid testing, plane tickets etc, we forgot about that.

This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, and by far the best accommodations for a large group. There were 7 of us in our party, and the resort has something for everyone. We walked next door to the Disney resort, and while it was nice, it would not have been for us. I’d highly recommend this resort, especially for those. Traveling in larger groups.
