The Seelenbaumel apartment is a high-quality, comfortably furnished vacation rental with a balcony and a view of the Baltic Sea.

With approximately 54 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the building, so you and your luggage can easily reach your vacation home on the 1st floor via the elevator.

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy corner couch that converts in an instant into a comfortable bed with plenty of sleeping space. Two people can sleep comfortably here. On the 43-inch UHD satellite TV, you can watch various Sky channels for free.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with a 32-inch HD TV; Sky is included here as well.

An alternative sleeping area, furnished with a single bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, is available in an interior room. Thanks to the porthole in the door, this room also gets natural light during the day.

A fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, and a 1x4 coffee maker, along with a dining area for 4 people, rounds out the high-quality furnishings.

The wind-protected balcony is furnished with seating for 4 people and a small table. Here you can unwind and round off a lovely day of vacation—for example, with a delicious drink.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. Couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home in the two- and three-room apartments as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the action on the water up close, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and generously sized living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and provide tips for a varied vacation in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active vacationers. Families and vacationers enjoying a longer stay at the Schleimündung particularly appreciate the option to use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
