The "Bredablick" holiday home is located directly on the waterfront on a narrow peninsula between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea. It offers a breathtaking view from Maasholm across Schleimünde, the marina, and the Baltic Sea, and on clear days, even as far as Denmark. Just a few meters from the Schleimünde nature reserve, the holiday home offers 127 m² of living space for up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, an open-plan kitchen, and a guest toilet. The wood-burning stove invites you to linger, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the harbor. From here, you can also access the large terrace. Equipped with comfortable garden furniture, an electric grill, and a beach chair, it's the perfect place for cozy and relaxing hours.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a special experience, even on vacation. The guest WC also houses the dryer and washing machine.
The two bedrooms upstairs, which can accommodate four people, offer idyllic water views. The master bedroom features a large double bed and faces the marina. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can easily be pushed together to enjoy the view of the Schlei. Great emphasis was placed on quality when selecting the furniture, and high-quality solid wood pieces were chosen.
The whirlpool tub in the full bathroom invites you to relax – lean back and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Further relaxation options await you on the top floor, where you'll find a Finnish sauna with an adjoining shower. The studio apartment features a comfortable sofa bed for two people. From here, you can access the spacious rooftop terrace, where you can admire the sunset.
The rooftop terrace is a real highlight. Relax on the sun loungers or enjoy the view from the second beach chair, overlooking the Schlei fjord and the entire resort harbor.
For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot (including mattress, blanket, pillow, and bedding). Thanks to the fast internet connection, you can also work from home here. A yoga mat is available for those who enjoy exercising. A safe allows you to securely store your valuables. Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you and will receive a small welcome gift.
Two free parking spaces, an electric vehicle charging station, and a lockable bicycle shed are located directly in front of the accommodation. In summer, you can end the evening in the beach chair with a glass of sparkling apple cider, which you will receive as a welcome gift upon arrival!
