Welcome to the "Lighthouse" in Olpenitz!
The house features an open, loft-style living and dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The high ceilings and large windows provide plenty of natural light and a wonderfully spacious feel.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite series or a DVD on the flat-screen TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (150x200 cm), providing sleeping space for two children.
The kitchenette is located directly in the living and dining area and offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), and the other has two single box-spring beds (each 90x200 cm).
The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers a double bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV.
All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, insect screens, and blackout curtains.
A bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a shower, a heated towel rail, a washing machine, a step stool for children, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days.
The other bathroom upstairs features a whirlpool tub, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace and in the beach chair.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the house for your cars.
The house accommodates 6 adults and 2 children.
