SPACIOUS LIVING AREA WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS
The open-concept livingand dining area on the first floor features generous floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the water. The southwest-facing wooden deck is the perfect spot for relaxing evenings and provides access to a 30 m² rooftop terrace. There, you can enjoy the sun all day long and the incredible view of the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort, as well as the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.

MAXIMUM COMFORT ON THE WATER
The Finnish sauna invites you to relax, and the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures pleasant warmth. The first floor features the sleeping area and the sauna. The master bedroom, featuring a double bed and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, offers direct access to the wraparound terrace. A second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
