Nestled on a narrow peninsula in the Baltic Sea Resort of Olpenitz, the holiday home "To Huus" lies between the Schlei fjord, the Baltic Sea, and the marina.
Arrive and feel right at home. The inviting open-plan living and dining area is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the reeds swaying in the breeze along the Schlei shore and the Schlei itself, providing an unforgettable holiday panorama. A comfortable seating area and a wood-burning stove create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while underfloor heating throughout the house ensures pleasant comfort year-round.
The terrace, guaranteed to evoke romance, is directly adjacent to the living room. From here, you can relax in the comfortable beach chair and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Whether it's a convivial barbecue on the Weber grill or a cup of tea with a good book, the immediate proximity to nature and the sea makes holiday dreams come true. For indoor entertainment, enjoy the Telekom Home Entertainment program on the large 55-inch HD TV.
In the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your holiday meals with a view of the Schlei fjord, perfectly combining cooking and dining.
On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a direct view of the Schlei. Enjoy a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace and experience nature at its finest as early risers watch wild geese, ducks, and deer awaken. The second bedroom overlooks the marina and is furnished with two single beds that can be easily pushed together. An additional sleeping space is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
Also located on the first floor is the bathroom with a personal wellness program. A Finnish sauna for two, with a glass front and water views, provides pure relaxation. For added convenience, there is another shower room on the ground floor.
