Welcome to the "Silbermöwe" holiday home, where an unforgettable view of the Schlei fjord, the Schlei estuary, the Baltic Sea, and the harbor basin of the OstseeResort Olpenitz awaits you! This family-friendly semi-detached house accommodates four people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation.
The central gathering place of the house is the light-filled, open-plan living and dining area. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the idyllic Schlei landscape.
On cooler days, relax on the sofa with the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or read one of the books provided. The dining table is perfect for game nights with the available board games.
From the living and dining area, you have access to the terrace. Enjoy breakfast on the garden furniture or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. An electric grill is available for convivial barbecue evenings.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area and invites you to cook together. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with water views. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment in each bedroom. Start your day with a view of the Schlei fjord or the marina.
The bathroom promises pure relaxation! Unwind in the whirlpool tub or the Finnish sauna. A shower, towel warmer, vanity mirror, and hairdryer complete the bathroom amenities.
The absolute highlight of the house is the 25 m² rooftop terrace with a breathtaking 360° view! Admire the sailboats on the Schlei and the Baltic Sea and enjoy the unique panoramic vista.
Our youngest guests are well catered for: two travel cots, a highchair, a practical step stool in the bathroom, and cheerful children's tableware are provided. Socket covers and stair gates at both ends of the stairs ensure your children's safety.
Free parking for one vehicle is available directly in front of the accommodation, as is a bicycle shed for your bikes.

Please note that construction and renovation work is taking place in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. Prices have already been reduced due to this situation, and a subsequent discount is not possible.
