Spanning approximately 115 m², this retreat combines sweeping ocean views with cozy living spaces, private wellness amenities, and several outdoor areas. Here, the sea accompanies you throughout the day.

LIVING WITH A SEA VIEW

Even in the living and dining area, it’s clear what makes this place special: light, water, and open spaces define the atmosphere. Through the large windows, the view extends out to the Baltic Sea, while the ever-changing interplay of clouds, sun, and passing sailboats creates a constant stream of new scenes.

The open-concept living space offers plenty of room for spending time together. The adjoining dining area opens directly onto the terrace. This brings cooking together, long conversations, and the view of the sea all within easy reach.

COOKING, WHILE THE SEA UNFOLDS

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and blends seamlessly into the living and dining areas. Here, the aroma of your first morning coffee can fill the air as the day slowly awakens over the Baltic Sea.

Whether it’s a quick breakfast before a walk on the beach or a leisurely dinner with the family: the open floor plan ensures that no one has to miss out on spending time together, even while cooking. A dishwasher then makes it easy to transition from dinner to the relaxing part of the evening.

THE TERRACE – ALMOST WITH YOUR FEET IN THE WATER

From the dining area, you have direct access to the furnished terrace. Only a natural stone wall separates the property from the water. You can’t get much closer to the seaside. The gentle sound of the waves, the crisp air, and the unobstructed view create a place where a short break can quickly turn into an entire afternoon.

A grill and a beach umbrella are available for relaxing hours outdoors. While the food cooks on the grill, boats glide by and the light glistens on the water’s surface. Guests traveling with a dog can also book a portable dog fence.

FIND PEACE BETWEEN THE SKY AND THE SEA

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and its own TV. Its special highlight is the spacious balcony with a sea view, sun loungers, and plenty of room for quiet mornings.

The second bedroom features two single beds, a closet, and its own TV as well. The calm decor creates a pleasant retreat for children, friends, or other family members.

WELLNESS MOMENTS

The wellness bathroom on the upper floor makes relaxation an integral part of your vacation day. In the sauna, you can warm up after a walk on the beach, while the hot tub invites you to simply unwind for a while.

YOUR SPOT ABOVE THE ROOFS

Another flight of stairs leads up to the rooftop terrace. Lounge furniture, daybeds, and deck chairs offer various spots to enjoy the sun or watch the changing colors in the sky.

LUXURIOUS AMENITIES

On the first floor, you’ll also find a separate guestrestroom, as well as an utility room with a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space right next to the house, and a bike shed round out the amenities. The beach is only about 250 meters away; restaurants and other resort amenities are just a short walk away.

Dogs are welcome in the vacation home. In addition to the optional portable dog fence, the immediate proximity to the water offers ideal conditions for walks together along the Baltic Sea.

The Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz offers a wide variety of activities and recreational opportunities. Active vacationers will find plenty to enjoy here; the resort features its own marina, great beaches, and a wide range of water sports activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and boat tours. But there’s also plenty to discover away from the water—the Schlei region has many biking and hiking trails that wind through the picturesque countryside and idyllic villages.
