It was a nice one night stay, the breakfast was really good. The restaurant/cafe adjoining was very good. Great service. The biggest draw back was the hot water tank in the bathroom was right up against the toilet. And the shower head would not hang up properly. Just annoying not a disaster. I would definitely stay again

Superb Value. Well Recommended.
Very Good value. The staff service for the coffee shop and hotel (they're coinjoined) is excellent - genuinely friendly vibe from every staff member which deserves commending. For the price paid, you'll get a clean modern bedroom with a television, kettle, desk and chair, as-well-as a decent sized bathroom. I consider the value to be likely the best in Kyrgyzstan. I will return.

여직원이 매우 친절하게 여행을 도와주었음. 시간이 없어 택시를 불러 제티오구스를 다녀오고 알틴알라산도 지프차를 이용 다녔왔는데 합리적인 가격으로 잘 다녀왔음. 숙소는 청결하게 유지되어 있었고 조식도 적당했음.

Great Staff!
The friendly staff that I encountered were great! They helped us through calling and translating for us with the driver. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel too! Even though there is no aircon, the nights were generally cold even in early Sep, so there really was no need for aircon. However, this hotel is quite a walk from the city centre, where the restaurants are located.

Thank you very much for stay in our hotel. We love all our gusts)) Actually we have a natural air con: fresh air from mountains )))) But of course we plan to install some next year for summer season. And we are working on opening a small coffee house in our hotel with cofee, salads and some snack. And you can always order some local food, we make it speacially for guests. Maybe we neeв to inform about this option better. Evidentialy information folders in rooms are not enough. We'll be glad to see you again. Have a nice day!

Relaxing vor oder nach Wandertouren
Besonders freundliches Personal, familiaere Atmosphaere, toller Service. Zimmer sauber und geraeumig mit Toilette und Warmwasser. Genuegend Steckdosen zum Laden von Camera, Laptop, Mobile usw. Umfangreiches Fruestueck, bei dem auch schon mal Sonderwuensche erfuellt werden. Parkplaetze im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Insgesamt ein Wohlfuehl-Hotel.

Good value for private accommodations
This is a great value if you want a private room and private bathroom in Karakol. The rooms also have flat screen TVs and are quite comfortable. Breakfast was good and diverse they had the normal stuff plus things like dumplings, even pizza one day allowing me to really fill up before a day of hiking. I prepaid through Hotels.com and had no problems with this. The hotel took the prepayment without any issue or discussion I am only mentioning it because a previous reviewer said they did not. The only issues I had were a result of the road construction outside, but as they looked to be finishing up hopefully you don't habe these. Rooms downstairs are much cooler but don't have a view. Was surprisingly hot in Karakol in July but AC is not common.

Worst Hotel in Karakol
i paid two times the Room, because when i arrived to the hotel, the reception told me i must pay cash, because the dont accept online payment, but it was false , they have 3 machine for pay withcredi cards and they accept payment by network. the hotel is located in a poor town called Karakol, in Kyrgystan, rooms are not confortable, without A/C, very hot inside, not clean, old fornitures, orrible bed, noisy, old toilet and problem with water heater; stay away from this Hotel , the reception cheat foreigners, fraud asking cash after paid online.

Hello Frank, You stayed in our hotel last year. There were somу misunderstanding with payment, as you were the first Expedia guest. We solvedthe problem and asked Expedia to send your money back. We have wrote you a message immidiatly after it but didn't recieve replyfrom you. We hope you are well now and got your money.
