'Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. 'Hard location to find (Google Maps sends you to wrong address), and not very central, so make sure you have a car. Otherwise, though, beautiful apartment and pool with stunning view of the hills. Very friendly and helpful staff.'

The receptionist (South African not New Zealand) makes things happen, excels in her role, professional from the outset. 'Communication with the property is easy and good. The owner is always available and kind. We got a free bottle of water, coffee, tea and wines. We can borrow umbrellas for a day out. The location is beautiful and nice, in the middle of the island and with good beaches around. The bathroom and furniture (not renovated yet) need attention.'

'My studio had two balconies, one overlooking the Gulf of Argostoli and the other looked over the beautiful swimming pool. The location was wonderful for me, it is basically in arural area with continuous birdsong and butterflies. The location makes it a very relaxing stay. The cleaning was excellent, Marianne kept my studio sparkling and she is the smiliest person. She also helped me to use the washing machine which was all in Greek. 'Die Lage des White Rocks Hotels ist zweifellos wunderschön. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, und das Meeresrauschen vor allem in der Nacht ist herrlich. 'The pool area was beautifully landscaped with olive trees, gorgeous flowers, plants and an abundance of rosemary. We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. Visitors need to be aware of the construction work below of a new, very large hotel. Only the roofs are visible fortunately, but there is some noise if you go to the nearest small beach. 'Suxh a warm welcome at Dina Apartments. Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. Close to Argostoli a good location to use as a base but would recommend having the use of a car. Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk.'
