'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'Awesome communication with the host Chanae, they made sure we had everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay. We enjoyed waking up to the Manu and the misty green hills views. Hikoi at the beach, playing/ eating our meals amongst the fresh quiet ngahere filled with rongoā rakau. Cute visits from their kuri, reo Māori games, nice warm and cozy unit. Highly recommend ! 'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well '

'Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. 'We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close...

'The setting is really lovely, night or day, sunny or cloudy. What a view- better than the photos! The house is charming, spacious, with just the right amenities and atmosphere. The bed we slept in was super comfy. Michael and Mina are extremely nice, respectful, and easy going. Glad we rented a car. There was a spot just for us, and we drove up (the narrow roads for this American driver take a little getting used to...but , everyone is polite.) the road to nearby cafes and markets. 'The property is near new, nice and tidy. The property is easy to get to once we were made aware of the number. The advertising of the property suggests it is a 4-bedroom house, it is actually a 3-bedroom house with a separate unit on the section that is not attached to the main house. The unit is fully equipped for 2 people. The parking was difficult to get into with a large car. The kitchen has minimal equipment, 4 forks, 5 knives, 6 cups, when the property sleeps 8.'

'We were a group of friends looking for a weekend out somewhere. This property is great and cosy. The outdoor area was amazing as well to hang out, and the beach is right in front of the house! The host was very helpful and responsive, will recommend this! '

"Mooi zwembad, zonder stoelen of ligbedden. Basic room maar zeer proper. Personeel zeer behulpzaam, kregen na enkele uren andere kamer omdat de voorgaande zeer slecht internet had. Wil je later uitchecken, dat kost je 20dollar/uur !! Gratis shuttle van en naar de airport. Geen mogelijkheid om iets te eten."

"I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned during my stay. - Check-in/Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly confusing and frustrating. The partial payment and charging procedures were the most convoluted I have ever encountered at any hotel. - Service Requests: Simple requests, such as borrowing an adapter for my electronic devices, were met with indifference or difficulty. The overall experience was more akin to a low-three-star hotel, despite the rooms being relatively new. The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman."
