' Close to a metro station, nice hotel, interior is great. Nice staff and very helpful '

'The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable although if noise bothers you - make sure you ask for a room away from the trains. We did and our room was quiet. My brother did not and his room was noisy but he did have a nice balcony which he enjoyed. The upstairs roof lounge/restaurant is very nice. The lobby is only ok - would prefer water and coffee available there. There are 2 bikes available to use - my brother used one frequently and enjoyed it.'

'Nice looking hotel, w/ friendly staff and great location but room walls and windows are very thin. I could hear the trains outside and my neighbours watching television and the room was cold and difficult to warm up (with very flimsy duvets provided).'

'Excellent service (staff), clean & modern.'

'Good location, walkable to NoMa Metro station and Union Market. Very quiet, clean and comfortable bed! Possibly older dormitory but modernized for hotel. Be sure to get a gate key for access to/from Union Market area. Very secure and safe area. Staff was helpful and check in/out was a breeze.'

Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top. Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig.

'When I booked this place, I was fully aware that it wasn’t a five-star hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, the actual condition of the property was far below even my modest expectations. The place felt sketchy, dirty, and unwelcoming. The sheets were dirty, the lights and TV weren’t working, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. These are basic standards of cleanliness and functionality that should be met regardless of the price. I initially decided to overlook these...

'The staff was very kind. The stay went well.'

'Excellent location, wonderful staff, good quality and clean rooms. What else is needed'

'Great hotel, but not at a good location. Lot of offices and very quiet. '

'It is a beautiful property fantastic location great lobby the 2 rooms were great for our group. Breakfast was good. People were nice and big points to the cleaning staff. One of the best cleaned hotel I stayed lately. Room cleaning was well done and early also which is rare. Will stay again for sure. For me it has been the best hotel I experienced in DC in the past 10 years'
