'I wasn't made aware when I booked our room the property was under renovations. When we arrived the front desk had experienced flooding from the ceiling - probably related to the renovations. The GM was kind enough to place us on the ground floor however our room had seen better days. The cabinets were banged up and unsightly. This was an extended stay hotel, however there was nothing within walking distance, such as a grocery store, to purchase anything during our stay for the room. There was no...

'Smerig, hier is al weken niet gestofzuigd. Op de trap lag al 3 dagen een mondkapjes.Gat in de muur in onze kamer. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Kamer was niet schoongemaakt (2e dag). Hier werd niets aan gedaan. Dat moet je maar accepteren werd tegen ons verteld. Quality Inn is hard achteruit gegaan. Wij waren niet de enige met klachten.'

'Terrible upkeep. Deadbolt didn't work at all in the first room that I was assigned. In this neighborhood, not a good thing. Got a replacement room: AC/heater/fan didn't work at all, smoke detector had been removed from the wall and the "non-smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke. Front panel of vanity for sink had been torn off. Questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Staff was helpful enough and processed my request for a refund. Found a much better place to stay. Don't...

'Everything was wonderful. The front desk person, Ivory, was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to Ivory.'

'Perfecte kamer. Zelfs aan een leeslampje is gedacht. Ontbijt is voor Europeaan echter beperkt en internet niet stabiel. Anders zeker een 9 nu een 8.'

'Ruime en schone kamer. Ontbijt was heel beperkt. Wij kozen dit hotel vanwege een concert in Red Rock. Dat is 10 minuten rijden.'

'clean room'

'It was a perfect place and space for pets!'

'Breakfast was not great'

'Great service,location, amenities.'

'Very good and clean hostel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. '

'This is a gem in downtown Denver! I loved the free off-street parking, the urban vibe, the contactless checkin, the furnishings, bathroom amenities, the quick response when I asked for a fluffy throw, the art in the room and the public areas. It's like a tiny house with a loft bedroom so not really accessible, but that was not a problem for me. Check it out if you are willing to take a chance on a non-corporate property. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the city for some culture....
